Great service and great pricing but... I was told my "after market screen" would work just as an original screen. It doesn't, the screen becomes laggier than it needs to be. Screen glitches out when I turn off my phone. Then sometimes my speaker gets less louder it's never done that before. Can I get a quote back please? read more

My phone LCD screen went down about two weeks ago. I was frantic in trying to fix it, as the cost for a new phone was simply not an option through Verizon. I found this business. The owner/manager was so accommodating. We brought my phone in before closing on. Tuesday and they had the repair done by Wednesday afternoon. I basically have a new Samsung Note 8. I highly recommend - it's expensive to break your phone. However, people like Phone Repair San Diego are more affordable than other like businesses I contacted. Would highly recommend them to anyone. I was in Escondido and my phone screen broke. Sprint couldn't fix my LG phone and I needed a working phone asap. I found Phone Repair at Broadway & Washington. Malik, the manager, was extremely helpful and found me a Samsung with a much better camera then the LG I had and I do a lot of photos. I switched over my sim card and it was so easy and he really knows his stuff. They have a great selection of phones(new, used, trades), they repair same day(screens less than 30 minutes). I had water damage on my phone and my screen was glitch-ing uncomfortably, I had taken it to another place and got an outrageous quote, they game me my phone back in parts so that it wouldn't cause a short circuit. I then stopped by phone repair San Diego and got my phone fixed for half the price as the other guys. When they were putting the phone together they noticed the other guys didn't give me my home button so I went back to pick it up, i cane back and was still missing the home button shield. They use low Quality screen. I got my iPhone 11 Pro max screen replaced and the screen just sucks and also they forgot to put a screw back next to the speakers. . I was given a very cheap quality screen... the screen was very jumpy and the lighting was terrible. My screen had a blue tint and my videos and pictures came out very pixelated. It made my $700 iPhone 6s Plus look as though it was an Android. I came back to the store to see why the quality was so bad and what could be done and the owner explained that I could never get another screen the same quality as the original Apple product, which is understandable, BUT I know for a fact that there are better quality screens. I compared my phone to others screens that have been fixed at different phone repair stores and there was a huge difference. I was charged $155 for probably the lowest quality screen. I wasn't given a receipt on the day of my purchase nor a signed warranty. Definitely will not return. read more
