The first ride was cancelled by the company within less than 24 hours before the scheduled ride because they accidentally double booked. I was left scrambling, with only 2 hours left in the business day, to find alternate transportation myself. Less than 48 hours later, the 2nd ride was also cancelled by the company the day before the scheduled ride; this time, I wasn't even called and given a heads up, I just received an email notifying me that I was being refunded. When I called to find out what happened, I was told that the driver called out and so they wouldn't be able to do the ride any longer. My father had to miss his dialysis appointment because the Friday afternoon cancellation left me practically no time to find him alternate arrangements. To say that my experiences with this company are disappointing would be an understatement. Be cautious and have a backup plan if you choose to book their services.
