I placed an order for 24 hats. A $200 deposit was provided ( agreement was that upon completion I would pay remaining $200 balance) I inquired on the process of design, specifically approving design before my order was completed. Upon communication initiated by me, after 2.5 weeks I was sent a picture ( attached). I was concern on the logo placement- As it was almost touching the top stitching of the hat. On the initial communication we discussed the details of the design and color and while neither party ever discussed the detail of the logo not touching ( or nearing) the seam/stitching, I did provide a sample of a previous design where the logo was centered at all angels. Upon further discussion we were not able to reach an agreement to fix or obtain any merchandise for my $200 deposit. Stitched industries kept my $200 without providing any merchandise or fix. I was not willing to pay additional money (which was the optioned offered) for a design that did not look professional and I would not retail as this would represent my brand. In addition I felt there was a significant miss on the business by not having a set approval process and allowing me to approve or view the design and placement of the logo prior to mass producing 24 hats. Extremely disappointed we were not able to reach an agreement or fix and that I was out $200.

You could tell by the reactions from the other players that they were just as surprised by how he was interacting with guests. As a General Manager of a restaurant, I understand better than most that customer service isn't always easy. We all have stressful days, difficult guests, and moments where we'd rather be anywhere else. Hospitality can be exhausting. But at the end of the day, whether you're serving food or dealing cards, you're still in the hospitality industry. Guests are choosing to spend their money at your business, and your attitude can completely shape their experience. I'm not expecting someone to be overly energetic or fake, but a smile, some professionalism, and basic courtesy go a long way--especially in a position where tips are part of the job. I would encourage management to review the camera footage from Table 19 during that time frame. It should give a clear picture of the interactions that took place. If possible, speaking with some of the players who were at that table may also provide valuable feedback, as it definitely didn't seem like I was the only one who felt uncomfortable with the experience. This review isn't meant to attack the casino as a whole because I've genuinely had many enjoyable visits here. It's simply disappointing when one employee's attitude overshadows what has otherwise been a place I've enjoyed coming back to. I'm giving 2 stars because I still like Ocean's Eleven overall, the food is excellent, and I've had plenty of great experiences in the past. I just hope management addresses situations like this so future guests receive the welcoming experience that keeps people coming back.

We saw plenty of families with strollers, and the walking paths were wide enough to navigate comfortably. Just keep in mind that much of the orchard is on a hillside, so I highly recommend wearing comfortable tennis shoes or closed-toe shoes for better footing and to protect your feet. One tip: their hours are limited (I believe they're only open on Saturdays and Sundays), so I'd recommend arriving early, especially on warmer days. You'll beat the heat, have the best selection of fruit, and enjoy the orchard before it gets busy. This is so much more than just buying fruit--it's an experience. We'll absolutely be bringing our friends and family back because it was such a fun way to spend the day. I discovered the farm through a friend and instantly fell in love with the space--it's truly one-of-a-kind. Jaime and her partner recently took over the property, and while they're still in the process of expanding its use for more events, they couldn't have been more flexible, kind, and generous throughout the planning process. Welburn Gourd Farm is an incredible place to spend the day! The scenic drive to the farm is absolutely beautiful, and once you arrive, you're surrounded by an incredible selection of gourds. There was so much to take in from the ducks cooling off in the creek to the male turkey strutting his feathers to the precious baby geese, which I got to hold one and melted my heart.
