What was most concerning was that the medication was prescribed before he even fully discussed my boyfriends' symptoms or concerns, or any questions he may have had. We felt rushed and lacked the through evaluation we expected. When we were finally able to ask questions, several of the responses were simply "i don't know". He also advised my boyfriend he should see a specialist but never provided a referral or explain what the next step would be since he couldn't answer some of our questions. Additionally, he was unsure whether Peoples pharmacy could fill the prescription. I ultimately called the pharmacy myself handed Mcilroy my phone so he could speak directly with the pharmacist. Even then, the visit concluded without confirming all necessary prescriptions or asking him which pharmacy he could send his medication. so my boyfriend never received his medication. We left with an incomplete disorganized appointment, lacking the level of communication and professionalism that patients deserve. My boyfriends concerns were not fully heard or appropriately addressed, leaving him without any treatment. He will not be returning

I found Care Renewed online and the reviews were all excellent so I called and Fritzi was in our kitchen in 2 hours to discuss care and had a caregiver for us the same evening. I finally had a good night sleep! The team that worked around the clock to take care of my grandmother was so warm, lovable and competent. I spent many hours there with them. They took care of everything in her home from laundry, cleaning, bathing to just hanging out and listening to her stories. It's nice to be comfortable with caregivers when they start out strangers and now feel like family. We had a previous experience with a home health company so I was reluctant to hire another. The former sent an aide that was sick and asleep when I stopped by. I just have to say that their MAP Medical Access Program has saved me close to $50,000 in medical expenses while dealing with an unreliable federal contract job the last few years. I dislocated my shoulder and paid $25 for surgery and $10 flat for the physical therapy. I went to the ER with a kidney infection from a kidney stone, and spent the night in the hospital and it only cost $25. I then returned for surgery to have the kidney stone removed and it only cost $25 total. My doctor appointments are $10 and therapy are free. I had a specialist referral for a stress test and it was free. All the xray/mri/cat scan I've had have been free. I could say they make Austin's quality of life so much better!!!!

My first visit I feeling down but Dr. Contreras gave direct eye contact and listened intently and made sagacious comments. I didn't feel rushed, I felt as if she really listened and not just hear me. By the end of my visit, I felt much better. I noticed she engaged and listened to my caregiver and started me on a new medicine, it seems to be working well. My subsequent visit was equally assuring. I'm beginning to believe that being 91 can have a silver lining. I am VERY PLEASED with Suvida Healthcare, I highly recommend them.
