Any dealership that allows an employee--especially someone in a leadership position--to behave this way is failing its customers and damaging its own reputation. The only saving grace of our experience was Raheem and Chris. They treated us with professionalism, respect, and courtesy, and they were the only reason our visit wasn't an absolute disaster. Management should take this incident very seriously. Employees who verbally abuse customers have no place in customer-facing roles. Based on our experience, Eddie should not be allowed to interact with customers until significant corrective action is taken.
