They called in the prescription at 11 AM when I arrived at 12:30 to pick it up, they said it was not ready yet and it would be an additional 30 minutes. The store is organized pretty well I could find everything that I needed. Since I had time to kill I did a little bit of shopping. I have the CVS rewards program so I had some coupons to redeem. That always makes the shopping trip a little more bearable as the prices are a little bit higher Than at a grocery store. All in all not bad. After half an hour was up my order still was not ready so I had an additional 15 to 20 minutes to wait. As long as you are not in a rush, it's a decent store to visit.

I asked the pharmacist who said that if it's not in the shelf they're sold out. I visited with another son to pick up toiletries and I found even more bare shelves. When I first moved to the area just a few months ago, I chose this pharmacy as my top option based on its high ratings and positive reviews. But that changed in an instant, and they are no longer my number one pharmacy. I was having surgery, and I had my prescriptions sent to this Pharmacy. I got a call from the staff saying that they couldn't fill my oxycodone prescription because they were backordered 3 to 6 months. That's unacceptable. That's a prescription that should be easily filled. It shouldn't be backordered. I asked where else I could find it, and they suggested calling Wegmans, which had it in stock and filled it very easily. I don't understand how a pharmacy could not have a prescription that is so common and needed when someone has surgery, like I did. They filled the other three prescriptions I had sent in for different things during my first couple of months. However, when you can't fill a simple prescription like that, you quickly switch to a place that can fill everything, and that's where I am now. I can't in good conscience recommend using Choice Pharmacy because they let me down at a time when I needed them the most.

Apparently was up long enough to get mine printed and told cashier I had gotten a confirmation email; pictures were found and paid for. When I viewed them, they looked much larger than wallets. I told cashier I wanted my money back and she said we had to wait for the photo person, who had disappeared because neither she nor what appeared to be a manager with her could do the refund because he had to get into the system. After a much longer wait, was informed he was i the restroom and, again, they needed him for the refund. when he appeared, he seemed annoyed that I wanted a refund. I don't know what he had to do, but my $1.00 was finally refunded. Do not understand why for a $1.00 transaction it couldn't have been done by one of the other 2 women and I would have avoided a very long waste of my time. I understand that machines break down, but am wondering if the photo department, without a person present, can function at all. If not, poor service unless they have coverage for the whole time the department is open. If so, I should have been taken care of by someone else!

You call them and they say if they answer the phone oh you want it filled or that we out of stock and don't know when it is coming in. Our prescriptions are on auto refill and they don't fill them on time. I know their computer must show them that a medication is coming up for a refill and should alert them to fill it or order it so it would be ready on the date it supposed to be picked up. Today the pharmacy closed at 6pm and I started calling them and three times the phone rang for 15 minutes with the computer generated voice saying they are one with another customer and would be with us shortly. Then the phone goes to a regular ring and then says they are having problems wit their phone and hangs up. I then called the for the manager and they answered and transferred to the pharmacy and again no answer and it hangs up again. In the past I have called the pharmacy and was on the phone for over an hour and then I drove to the store and got in line and when i got to the counter the person said can i help you and i said can you answer the phone. While standing in the line the phone was steady ringing and not one person in the pharmacy was on or answering the phones. If you want good customer service go to another pharmacy for you prescriptions. As soon as our insurance allows us to go somewhere else we will never go to a Walgreens again. If possible i would give them a minus 5 star review

So I give her the benefit of the doubt, I didn't argue with her. I left the line called the doctor back to confirm he sent it and was at the correct location. The nurse picked up and confirmed everything was sent and that she will send another script while I was on the phone with her. She confirmed again it was sent. I drove back through the drive through where the tech put a sign in the window which pissed me off. I parked my vehicle and went inside directly back to the pharmacy once again inquiring about my daughter's meds which she needs because she's in pain and crying. This chick keeps telling me they never sent it over. She was very nasty, rude and disrespectful. It took the Pharmacist to actually show her where in the system to look. Thank you to the Pharmacist!!!!! Before you sit and lie and give out the incorrect information check with your Pharmacist. This young girl did not give a rats *** about looking or even trying to figure it out. Once I finally received the meds she handed it to me like she had an attitude as if I was the one in the wrong. Walgreens, you guys need better staff that are trained accordingly. When it comes to giving out meds and information, it shouldn't never be like this. Very irresponsible.

How does a grocery store not have mint leaves?…read more That's what I came to this store looking for. I've never been to a Weis market. BUT, they did have peanut butter cookies!!! These days its a hunt to find fresh baked peanut butter cookies in the grocery store. I don't get it. I did notice salmon laid out in a refrigerator type container near the front door. It looked like it could have used more ice. I myself would not have purchased that salmon. BUT, they did have mint! Mission success. While I was there, and hungry, I was hoping they had one of those salad bars. They did not so, scratch that idea. But I got what I came for AND peanut butter cookies! I did the self-checkout which was quick & painless.
