Well, they make a bit of a racket, especially if they happen to be in the garage, up against the bedroom wall. Once you know this, you can relax and honestly, I made the panic phone call (I did wait until morning, didn't call at 2am!) These folks are so nice, calm, cooperative and can walk you through almost anything that isn't something they need to do in person. They also respond quickly to "real" issues, which I did have one. A circuit of some sort malfunctioned and they came quickly after we ran a couple of easy tests over the phone together to determine that was the issue. (Kind of like the old "My refrigerator stopped running," "Is it plugged in?" routine, super simple. With all that said, this really is a great company and I highly recommend them, especially if you need a bit of "hand-holding" as a homeowner, they are truly kind.

Scott Lassiter came out and assessed my situation and said my pump was over heating and shutting down. My well system is over 16 years old and never had any maintenance on it, so I figured it was time. While Scott was here I asked him to assess my entire system, tank, filter, etc. Given the age of the system, he recommended some upgrades and replacements. He came out the next day and completely upgraded my system. He did an excellent job and now I'm back in business with great water pressure, new filtration system, new tank, etc. Scott was very professional and very knowledgeable about well systems.
