I found Green Coast Carpet Care thru YELP reviews and the absolute enthusiasm for Alex as both owner and the quality of his work motivated me to reach out to him and ask for a quote. Within 2 mins of my outreach by text message, I had a firm date/time and price On the day before the scheduled appointment, Alex texted with a note, confirming that he would be there the next day at the time committed. He further shared "I'll text you a 1/2 hour heads up text" and he did the next day. Alex did a great job of set-up and he used these unique corner protectors for our doors and walls to ensure the hose didn't leave any mark on the walls or door trim. And his work on the carpets were/are AMAZING!! They look great after 3 years of wear and dirt from the bottoms of feet. Also, the suction of the dirty water after the cleaning process left our bedroom carpets only slightly damp and within ~ 5 hours, the carpets were dry. Alex is really an extremely wonderful, kind and interesting person. Ironicly, Alex's family name, Pettai, is unique and I shared with him that one of my very good friends had a last name, Pettai and was from Estonia and SURPRISE, Alex's family has ties to Estonia and the two families may be connected. Shane and Bryan provide a service that is 100% worth every penny. The couch that I had them clean was dingy and had some dog hair and areas that you could tell needed cleaning. I thought it would take maybe an hour to clean, but Bryan spent probably about 3- 3.5hrs to clean my sofa making sure to get every square inch of it cleaned. It definitely needed a good deep clean before I felt comfortable using it myself, and I began my search for someone who could do so! I really liked the price quoted, plus how easy it was to communicate with Jeremy, who was very responsive and a clear, friendly communicator. I had no idea how couch cleaning worked, and he explained a but of the process -- I was super happy with how it turned out after Jeremy cleaned it! 2 years, some spilled salsa, and 2 cats later, I asked Jeremy to come out again to clean my couch, plus a small rug I had acquired.
