This company is called Koopman Carpet Care now. I knew the prior owner so I got a quote to do my mothers upstairs large bedroom and thought I would give them a try. When they first came out to clean it the tech did a terrible job at cleaning the carpet and left all kinds of soap. They were called two days later to please just re-clean the carpet with plain water to get the soap out. They sent Justin out the following day and he re-cleaned the carpet with plain water and the carpet now is very clean. They ended up doing a good job on my moms carpet and will use them again. read more

Great job by Justin today! I've hired this company over the years, and it has been hit and miss. Have had some of our best carpet cleaning jobs done by them, and then someone else comes out the next time, and meh. I called yesterday for an appt today and Justin arrived 15 minutes early. He cleaned the carpet in record time (no spots showing through yet). He actually moved the furniture, unlike those who promise and don't, and was very helpful, efficient and courteous. I would imagine that Justin's tips are better than his counterparts. I wish they all understood what he apparently already has figured out. We don't mind paying if the service is good. We will definitely request him by name next time. read more

I have used Accurate Carpet Care on 3 previous occasions with no problem. However, this experience was HORRIBLE. My carpets were not cleaned very well and I was told it was because the carpet was old and worn. My carpet is ONLY 2 years old and was very good carpeting. The technician also chipped 2 tiles on 2 of my stairs and never told me. I called on 3 occasions asked for my money back and never received a call or compensation. I will NEVER use them again and will tell everyone I know on every social media website!!!! read more

I've been using Accurate Carpet Care for at least 5 years now and we have them out frequently due to country life and 4 dogs running amuck through yard and then through our home. They've always shown up in a timely manner, been professional, VERY REASONABLE, and I've satisfied with the results. Are they the best in the business? I would not know. I hired this company to clean some of my carpets at my business units and the carpets looked awful when they were finally done. They tried again to clean them but how many times do you let a company clean them. I have since read reviews and they were very unhappy as well. I had to hire another more professional company " HOT STYLES Carpet cleaning" and the carpets look great. The owner ( TODD ) of Accurate Carpet Cleaning was very unprofessional, rude and down right vulgar. I will tell others about how ACCURATE CARPET CARE IS AN AWFUL BUSINESS and they don't honor their work nor do they clean carpets accuartely. I would not have them clean a dead cat. read more

Hi, This is the first BAD review I have EVER written. I have used Acurate carpet care for probably 8 years 5-6 times a year. The workers are great the owner and the lady that runs the office are awful and completely unproffesional. I had appointment that I made over a week ago for today to have my carpets cleaned for company coming in town. They didn't show up so I called Dorein to see when they would arrive. She said they would be there any minute. I waited another 2 hours and called at least 5-6 times finally Dorein anwsers and said the guy couldn't find my house. I live on a dead end street off a major road that they have been coming to for 8 years. i said its ok that your late just send someoneout now please or tomorrow at the latest. She refused to send someone out said it wasn't her fault he couldn't find the house and hung up on me. I called back and she was yelling and hung up again. All she kept saying was its not my fault, I said I'm not blaming you, I just need you to send someone out. I waited around all day to be hung up on by this horrible woman. The company itself is run very poorly. If that is how they treat a loyal customer with a 5 bedroom house after 8 years WATCH OUT!!!! If all I get for 8 years of loyalty is TOUGH LUCK, HUNG UP ON, and YELLED AT because the guy couldn't find my house and they can't get to me until after Christmas when I have tons of company coming in and it is too late to find someone then they are a company I NEED to WARN others about. This is the 2nd time this has happen. The last time they blew me off and didn't show up 3 years ago the OWNER of the company told me tough luck he wasn't going to pay his guys overtime when it was there mistake. If it was any other time then it would be ok but I told this Dorein how much I really needed it and can't find any one else now at 5:15 on the Saturday before Christmas. The guys who clean are great but unfortunately the management and owner of the business are completely unproffesional, not curtious, rude, and care NOTHING about their customers. I feel completely hurt because I have refered so MANY people to them over the years and deserve better than to be hung up on and them to leave me hanging before Christmas & say SCREW YOU LOYAL CUSTOMER!!! read more
