I'm so glad I found this place. I called Well Groomed Pets because another grooming place would not take our 1 year golden doodle because he (faintly) growled at him and the other girl with him, so he refused Maui (he said come back another time) Fast forward, I called Well Groomed Pets and spoke with the owner. We were able to get Maui in right away (he badly needed grooming) Upon arrival, Maui faintly growled at the guy (I think he was the owner) but he pet him and definitely calmed Maui down. Maui has now been there 3x and happy to say, when I dropped him off today, he did not growl or bark at anyone. The groomer sat on the floor and Maui immediately sat next to her, a plus!! This is actually the 2nd time we have been to well groomed pets. 1st was with my doodle and the 2nd time was for my other puppy. They had issues with an online booking and after I was confirmed, they texted me right away saying it was an error and that I need to move to another available time. At first it was disappointing as that was a perfect time for me to take my puppy but they made it up by letting me rebook to the first available the following day and throwing in a free deluxe bath from what I originally booked. If I could give them zero start then I will give them 0. I took my Goldendoodle to get a hair cut. So when I come they say they have to cut her hair short, I said is ok because summer shorter is better. Two hours later they send me a photo of my dog with no fucking hair left. So I went back to pickup my dog ( maybe outside she may look better, but no she with no hair left). When they take her out they say because her ear is thin so when she shaking her head is will Bleeding, and I already have to pay $158 something before I see my dog. How the hell did I pay to get my dog bleeding. She don't even give me anything to cover my dog ear and I'm normally not try to yell at people. So I ask them HOW... come in with a beautiful dog and come out with different dog and bleeding. So I go back to the car see my dog is still bleeding so I have to take her to the vet next door to pay another $120 for the doctor to see. The doctor say because the way they shave her ear is make her ear bleeding, come home is still bleeding as hell. Couple days later I try to call to talk to the manager but nobody pick up the phone, but when I borrow my friend phone then they pick up right away. I talk to the manager and she give me a 100 reason, I JUST ASK HER ONE QUESTION....CUT SHORT AND SHAVING ARE THE SAME?????, and she ask me IS I'M UNDERSTAND LANGUAGE. Unfortunately, someone recently did shave him at a different place, so now we're in rehab mode. First impression at Well Groomed Pets, they're so nice! Staff was super kind and friendly and my dog loved them (definitely dog people). They were able to take my dog immediately at the last minute. They sent regular updates on and pictures of my dog as he was getting bathed (something I've never seen before from groomers), which gave me peace of mind he was in good hands. He came out looking and smelling great! They even customized his bath with a whitening shampoo to make his coat super shiny (he has a black coat and it works)! Their facility smelled lovely as soon as I walked in and had a stylish modern touch. They have state of the art equipment and a spacious store. Came in and was told I don't have an appointment and the groomer wouldn't condition and shave my dog because of "mats" told me to go to a vet when they have shaved her there before. I have been eyeing this groomer for a while now so I decided to check it out on one of my off days. I made an appointment online a few days before hand and received a text shortly after to confirm my appointment. The day of my appointment Mochi and I were greeted with a smile by one of employees Josh, and made it easy for us to check in. He confirmed with me if there were any health concerns or fears that mochi has such as loud noises like the hairdryer and water. They try their best to work with the animals so they don't stress them out which is amazing! After dropping him off I did some errands around the area and I received updates on Mochi as well as photos of how the bath went, he did great for his first time! You also receive a courtesy update on how much time they have left with your appointment so you can give yourself ample time to head back over. When I got him back he smelled amazing! His hair felt smoother, nails were nicely trimmed with no damage to his nail beds, ears cleaned, and he came out so much happier!
