Wow! What an amazing first experience with having my dogs groomed. I have always done the basic grooming for my dogs myself, including scraping plaque off their teeth and filing nails with the dremel. However, I've been so busy and now that I have two pups it's been challenging to keep them consistently clean! My little one HATES having her nails filed so it's been a struggle to say the least. I called Josh prior to scheduling the appointment and he walked me through the steps of everything. I LOVED that they take the time to call the vet office to verify vaccination status. I was greeted in the front by Josh and the groomer to discuss the plan, expectations and just receive any education the groomer was giving regarding the best way to get my pups comfortable with this process. I've been coming here since they've opened. I actually do love this place, and so does my dog. However, I was just informed that they now require a deposit when booking in advance. I understand their reasoning because they've had a lot of people book and not show up. However, I'm not one of them. Therefore, I will not be returning. They should maybe require deposits for new customers, and customers that have done no call no shows in the past. read more

Took my Golden-doodle Phoebe here for her first grooming. She is 4 months old. Place was excellent. They knew just how to handle my puppy. Didn't push her too hard. They sent me updates and pictures as they went. The knew when she was done for today. Being her first grooming, they didn't overdue it. Already have my next appointment set. read more

I had been disappointed in grooming services in the area for a longtime. Luckily, when I searched this one came up and to my surprise it was close to where I live. I believe I was one of their first customers. Beautifully decorated and a nice ambiance, first impression was great. Owner and groomer were very welcoming and kind as I expect, although rarely experience it. I dropped off my Golden Retriever and headed back home to return to work. I received texts telling me every stage my dog was going through with comments of how she was doing. Then a final text to pick her up in 15 minutes. Her coat never looked so good and he happy demeanor reassured me that she had an awesome experience. Just got a golden doodle and was in great need of a great groomer. After checking reviews online I came across well groomed pets and after checking out all of their reviews defenitly wanted to give them a try. I called when they opened first thing in the morning and spoke with Joshua who I later found out was the owner. GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE over our short phone call where we had a quick chat on what we were looking for in regards to our pup boomer. I was greatfull they were able to see boomer same day! Once we got boomer to his appoinment I was impressed with the grooming salon on the cleanliness and simplicity it wasn't covered in dog hair flying around in the air , it didn't smell like wet dog or dog urine and had a great view window where I could see the dogs being handled properly. We went over again what we were looking for and boomer was excited to go back as Josh was very welcoming and friendly to boomer. We originally set an appoinment for just a bath but after seeing how boomer was adapting to the process I was excited to know that the groomers were able to trim boomers coat to a more manageable length for us like we discussed. Overall great experience, amazing service, great communication, friendly, clean location , reasonably priced and overall one of the best grooming buisness I have been to. Will NEVER ever come back or recommend this place. When they first opened I used to come and loved it. Now they're too busy and have attitudes and don't care about their clients. Had a 1230 appt and was told I should have booked an 8 am appt to ensure my dog was seen on time? What is the point of an appointment time then? Was told they would need longer than 2 hours for my TEN POUND shih tzu and when I told them I wouldn't be able to pick up later in the day they told me I could reschedule for a week out! When I said I would probably never come back here the groomer said "ok, we don't care"...Groomer was SO rude and had an attitude. Horrible experience read more

I took my two Pekingese there today my Charlie is 17 months old and my daughters GusGus is 10 months old I haven't used the same groomer twice since these boys came to live with us.some were ok but kept looking. I can't rate the quality of the grooming because we arrived for our confirmed appointment at 8am and the attendant at the front said she didn't have our appointment and they were booked. We showed her our confirmation email we received noting the 8am appointment time. She said sorry we can't take her and that we needed to have paid a deposit. A deposit wasn't requested in the confirmation. Very frustrating. We had heard nice things about this groomer so this would have been our first appointment. They should take a look at their on-line booking system to make sure it's working correctly- this was an inconvenience and disappointing. Don't think we'll try to rebook. read more

We've always taken our dog here to get groomed as they do a great job. Today I got a text at 3:53 stating our dog was done and ready to be picked up. At 3:58 they texted me again saying "we are closing soon". They close at 4. So I'm supposed to go and get my dog in 7 minutes? Also our dog does not like her feet touched much but this groomer always was able to get her nails trimmed....for some reason today they were not able to. This leads me to believe that they didn't want to be patient and get her nails trimmed as they were running behind and wanted to go home. So happy I spent $89 and still have to go somewhere to get her nails done. I'm not sure if we will be back. read more

Just had my two dogs groomed here and am over the moon to have them in the neighborhood! I have a Golden Doodle and Lab mix and they killed it with both! My Lab is a rescue and has anxiety issues with being handled. This is a huge concern and their team put me at ease and more importantly made my guy very comfortable. Two other groomers close by resulted in me picking him up shaking and unable to trim his nails. This kind of service has made Well Groomed my go to groomer! read more
