The technicians were polite, but the pricing for what was essentially "we couldn't find it" twice in a row is hard to justify. If you're getting a quote from this company, ask exactly what you get for the diagnostic fee and what happens if they don't find the cause -- in our case, the answer was pay again.

Ikaika came out quickly and gave me options for getting more time out of my old heater, rather than convince me to pay so much more for a replacement. I really appreciated having the choice, because you expect to hear that cha-ching that goes with a pricier job. Anyway, it was my decision to replace it, so Ikaika gave me a reasonable quote and was ready to start soon. Ikaika discussed the whole process with us and answered all of our questions. I had a couple of requests and he was able to accommodate. He showed up on time every day, fully prepared to tackle the job. He removed the old tank and installed the new 120 gallon tank (it's a big house) really quickly. It has all the bells & whistles. Our new rooftop panels were sized to meet the needs of our 120 gallon tank, taking into consideration the amount of sunshine we have in Kihei. Along with the manufacturer warranties for the system, Ikaika also gave us his own 2 year warranty for his work. That includes free annual checkups and tank flushes.
