Made the appointment, Chris arrived, listened to our concerns, saw our needs. Took his initial measurements, a few days later we received Onspots bid. Chris let us know it might take as long as 4 to 6 months. We'd already been in the home 38 years, what's a few more months for something we need. Chris came back for a second measurement (measure twice, cut once), then one additional time to to select the handrail style, end cap (whatever it's called) and primer color.
