He never stated the appropriate requirements for FHA for the house to pass and after repeated attempts for clarification and addendum to his original report, we gave up. Quite a waste of $450. I would definitely not recommend working with appraiser due to inexperience, lack of pride in his work, unwillingness to cooperate, and overall (what appeared to be) laziness. I don't like calling people out, but I read other reviews (which look like they have been deleted) that said the same thing about this appraiser and I was VERY dissatisfied.

The house could have been cleaner at the time; but we were in the middle of packing. Still a trained eye should be able to overlook it; especially when he is supposed to look at sq footage, upgrades, the area and comparable sales. It felt like a stab in the dark with his number.
