I love this place. It is a bit overpriced, but these are some of the best sandwiches and juices I've ever had. The atmosphere is great and there's a calming aura. I've never had a subpar experience. It's hard to find green juices in the area besides a Whole Foods! My ONE qualm is the amount of plastic used, in terms of being earth friendly. I get that to-go drinks usually need straws, but there are no reusable juice/smoothie containers for if you're eating there. There are reusable silverware and bowls, but I always feel guilty ordering a juice when it's just trashed after! Either recycling or a different container for cold juices would make this place the best. read more

I just love this place. We visit at least every week. The food and drinks are delicious and the staff is always super friendly. Absolutely loved this place! Just went for the first time and got a turkey, cheese, and pesto wrap and a detox smoothie made with berries, banana, spinach, orange juice, and flax. It was really good! The ingredients were fresh, full of flavor, and worth the price tag. I was also super impressed with the customer service - the girl who prepared my food made it a point to ask if I had an allergy when I requested a gluten free wrap. She explained that they make the wrap on different equipment if a customer does have an allergy. It was awesome and such a relief to know that their employees are educated on cross contamination and actually go the extra mile to double check. I really like how the business is centered on using organic, non-GMO, and natural ingredients sourced locally as well as providing a range of options for food allergies and intolerances. Moving part-time back to Norfolk, I was soooo excited to find a new juice place so closeby. I was sooo excited to try it. I came early one day, and was amazed at the whole location, as it's a tiny little community that I never new 'folk had. The cafe is very cute, with great natural lighting, lots of comfy seating, and a very relaxed but fresh and light vibe. They have a wide variety of food, with sandwiches, breakfast items, as well as many smoothies and juice. The smoothies were a little confusing, since it was hard to tell the difference between what makes a smoothie and a juice, as they both had the ingredients, although apparently the difference is in how they are made (blended vs. juiced). I tried a green juice. Having tried many at this point in my life, this one was very good. It was refreshing, flavorful, and tasted very good and healthy. This might be my new fav spot in 'folk, which isn't saying much since the options are limited. read more

YES this is a hidden GEM! So happy there is a top notch coffee shop in Norfolk. Very nice inside a nice hip decor. Probably the best coffee shop in this entire area! We know good coffee and after the inconsistance at Celias had to search out another. I had Ice coffee with organic maple syrup so tasty and hubby had a Americano nice and smooth. The pastries are all organic I had a zuchini muffin which I enjoyed. Nice place to meet up with friends for a coffee,patries or lunch. Please add outdoor seating! I really wanted to like this place. I was so excited when I found out about it! I love good wholesome organic food, I am all about it. Overall the atmosphere was very nice and the coffee was okay!and the green smoothie were great. Unfortunately the blueberry scone I purchased was raw in the middle. And not just under baked, it was completely raw in the middle. A coffee, a smoothie, and two scones came to over 20 bucks. At those prices the food should be amazing; at the very least it should be baked through! I wanted this to be my new go-to place but was not happy with my first trip. I will definitely try again and really hope they figure out whatever issue they were having that day! read more

Went to Organic Buzz Cafe for the first time today! I was pleasantly surprised to hear that we had a smoothie/juice bar in the area because we never have before. I love supporting local businesses and eating whole, organic foods, so Organic Buzz is definitely the place for that! While Organic Buzz is fairly pricey-$10 for a smoothie- I understand it is a small business that uses totally fresh ingredients. I have had several different smoothies and smoothie bowls, all were very tasty and filling. The staff is very friendly and the atmosphere is cute and inviting. My only wish is that they were open on Sundays- I find it odd for a coffee shop to be closed Sundays. Also, I do not like their cold brew; I find it to be almost sour tasting every time I try it. I was very excited to go to this cafe because of the astounding number of 5 star reviews. I should have been suspicious since every single review was 5 stars - the owners have lots of friends. The food was bland and tasteless. Soup was warm, not hot and came in a tiny paper cup. A $13 dollar salad was topped with pre-cooked chicken that was warmed on a pannini press. It even had those fake grill lines and looked and tasted like the chicken you can get from freezer section of the grocery store. The dressing tasted like mass-produced low-fat bottled balsamic. A grilled cheese tasted fine, but didn't even come with a bag of chips. I will not return. read more

It really doesn't get much better than this cute, quiet, beautiful cafe--everything is so fresh, thoughtfully made, and tasty. I am obsessed with their smoothies-- especially as they are not super sweet (pick me up is my fav!).
