My Fiance was admitted because he couldn't even open his eyes because the room was spinning and he couldn't even stand because his ears were so infected he had NO Balance & his head was pounding...Now please keep in mind while reading this, that he has several ailments. He has Prinz Medals Angina, High Blood Pressure, and Stage 3 Kidney disease and he has an Aneurysm & is 72 years old so I feel that with all he has going on, At the VERY least, he should have been treated better than he was. We were put in a room waited over an hour and "someone" I assume was a Nurse came to start an IV. She was soooooo unprofessional. She was trying to put it in towards the back of the arm and my husband was almost crying. & she just kept digging. I am a Lic Phlebotomist and I swear I was getting ready to jump up, tell her to move that I will do it myself THEN thankfully a male nurse came in to see what was taking so long He told her to "Get that out" & showed her what place to put it He also told her to draw 4 vials of blood. All of this was a span of probably 3-4 minutes and the IV that she had dug my husband with so deep, REMAINED IN HIS ARM while she walked over to the computer & started typing.. I asked her how long she was going to leave that in and she said "OMG I almost forget that. No Crap lady..!!!!!. She took it out & said to "Herself, Oh I didn't need 4 Vials I only Needed 3" (Remember, the Dr told her 4 VIALS) She then tossed one of the blood filled Vials on the counter. (It remained there our whole visit,,).. So at this point I can only assume he changed his mind.. Now my daughter & my attention was drawn to outside his door Suddenly it sounded like a party I got up & looked and my counted 11 people just playing around. Some of them were discussing "The meaning of life: I swear you can't make this stuff up....While the others were telling very rude jokes. I had to sit down because I couldn't believe what I was hearing. l was soooo taken aback because then some cuss words were tossed around & I got my fiance finally able to relax & to go to sleep if he could .. I was in shock @ that point..... I was in your Hospital in 2020 for 4 weeks and that long & hard stay for me was lightened for me by the EXCELLECE of EVERY STAFF MEMBER that I had contact with. I don't mean them just doing their jobs, I mean some of them went above & beyond................ WHAT in GODS name has happened to that place.???? I thought that I was @ my wits end OR SO I THOUGHT. My Fiances Blood Pressure was rising. It went from 139/80 to 155/91, then it jumped up to 162/101... The alarm on the machine started going off.. I got up and told a "Guy" who looked 12 & he said "I'll be rite there . Now he was NOT with a patient, was not doing updates or notes.. He was involved in yet another conversation.. I listened to that thing while holding my husbands hand for 7 minutes.. HE DIDN'T shut it off The Dr who came. to see him shut off the beeping. I have to say I no longer LOVE your Hospital AND we will not be returning. I have seen my Dogs being treated better at the Vets Office than what your patients are getting & I feel ashamed for telling everybody I know, to go there....l PLEASE GET SOME GOOD NURSES BACK because your hospital has some very unhappy people who were unlucky enough to be taken i those doors and some people are starting talk. I hadn't been to this facility since 2022, and it seems like it has once again changed ownership. I came in for a painful UTI. After filling out all my information on a tablet, I was told (even though I hadn't even been seen yet) that my visit would cost $82.50! I was floored, as I have both Medicare and Blue Cross. My Co-Pay is $20.00! I also did not have any "previous balance". So, I said "No Thank You" to their service, and walked out the door and to another facility. It seems to me that they are trying to scam people, who are already in a distressed situation. I won't be going back. PS: They obviously need to update their computer system, because when I was there back in 2022, I had the exact same insurance and copay of $20.00. My insurance has not changed since then! read more

Very nice staff and I didn't have wait long at all. The receptionist helped me check in and was very understanding and kind.

Horrible doctor who oversees care - Ata Taher... our mother has dementia and he decided to consult with her when we weren't in the room. Caused more confusion! And didn't consult the other specialist, caring for her.. finger pointing at its best. We will never go back! Someone in acute kidney failure, but says it's not her kidney. It's a virus? Never, ever, for any reason give wellnow a credit or debit card. If you have insurance they will not forward the bill to the insurance company if they can charge your card. They will wait many months and forward your bill to a medical collection agency and you will be hit with charges on your card one day and you will have no idea what for until you spend many hours on the phone. Even with bbb assistance it will be very difficult to recover your money. Wellnow pretty much does business on the edge of thievery ! They get less money from insurance companies, so they surprise you many months later. read more

First time visit to WellNow Urgent care and couldn't have been happier, heard and taken care of any better! From the time I walked into the office the front desk young lady to nurse to PA Drew was smooth and friendly. From a veterans wife standpoint I very much appreciate their dedication and honoring of our veterans. I saw They had a sign on the wall, near entering the clinic, noting their support to veterans and families. Another WIN in my Book. Had to visit the Urgent Care while visiting the area. Was very easy to find all the information I needed to schedule an appointment and pre-register online. Office was clean and inviting. My wait time to see a provider was acceptable. The provider that saw me was quick to realize my condition was beyond what she was comfortable with treating in that environment. She took extra steps in assuring that who she was referring me to was going to be able to treat me. All while alerting me that the treatment may be required at the university hospital. Long way of saying i appreciated this provider understanding her capabilities and her willingness to get me into the right care setting. Knowing I was 6 hours from home. read more

I was told I had allergies and that my nose was swollen on one side. what I do have is a sinus infection and a very bad deviated septum. At least go somewhere where someone will listen. The counter help was very nice though. read more

I was refused treatment unless I was able to list all of the medications I was allergic to. Their application, via an app on my phone, forced me to include my Social Security Number. The woman I spoke with during the video chat was rude. I won't ever go back. So disappointing especially when feeling unwell. read more

They helped me when my Drs office wouldn't. The NP was very helpful, kind and understanding. They even followed up the next day.

Impossible to get a COVID test. The receptionist has absolutely no clue on how to check people in and doesn't have any remorse after making people with appointments wait. She accidentally sent out another patients information to another unrelated patient and blamed it "on the system". Will never be back. Will tell everyone to avoid WellNow urgent care. read more

They do X-rays but don't have a licensed technician and if they do they are very bad at readings they will just try an get you out as quick as possible i broke my radial bone towards the elbow they took X-rays and said I had only sprained my shoulder when my shoulder was fine read more
