The business was supposed to be open until 5. At 3:50 they were closed. When I called to ask what was going on he was very rude. Needless to say, I will never go back there. When I contacted billing after their voicemail threatening collections to attempt to correct the address and set up a payment plan, I was told the problem was my fault for not including my apartment number on the original registration form. I was also told there were no flexible payment options outside of their automated system, which only allowed payment timing based on the original statement date rather than my current situation. Overall I do not believe they can provide adequate service based on simply blaming patients for their mailing system not accepting apartment numbers correctly. Dr Miseno-Callaghan is definitely not in that group, and was very patient and made sure she got a history, as well as a second opinion before advising and treating me due to my chronic conditions.
