Great friendly service! My family went in to the branch to ask about CDs. We set up an appointment online. When we arrived the manager greeted us and asked us to check in with the QR code framed near the seating area. We were welcomed my a financial advisor and direct to his desk. He was patient with our questions and helped us set up a CD quickly. He also told us about a few promotions that could help us save money. We had some business to take care of and I came from Los Angeles without an appointment for some changes. This place was busy. I was advised by the manager,Derek later in the afternoon would be best. Upon returning the place was still busy for Thursday afternoon and all the employees went above and beyond helping everyone ensuring all needs were met. Five stars for overall customer service while at Wells Fargo location. We opened a new checking account and had a very good experience. The service rep, Quentin Colter (?), helped us, along with Allison (?). Both were very professional, knowledgeable, and personable. We appreciated the excellent service they provided. We made an appointment in advance. And though we arrived a little earlier than our appointment time, the reps were very pleasant and accommodating. We didn't have to wait too long, which was nice. Also, Quentin was very knowledgeable about the different product offerings at Wells Fargo. He helped us to determine what kind of account would best serve our needs. read more

Everyone was so pleasant. I just opended a Wells Fargo account a few days prior and I accidentally spelled my middle name wrong. Quinton and his his manager were helpful and kind. So I opened a new account at this location at the end of November. I thought it would be a relatively simple transaction. I brought all the necessary documents yet I have had to return twice since opening. The letter I received this weekend states I have 20 days to correct before they close the account. This isn't a good thing for two reasons. 1. Plain and simple this isn't good customer service. 2. You sent me a personal invitation to open the account which is why I opened the account. I dislike sharing negative feedbacks on business however, in this case they must do better. read more

Allison was also very kind, knowledgeable, and helpful as well. I appreciate their assistance in getting our issue resolved. I was ready to close the account and find a new bank after the way I was treated at my home branch (Stockton) but Angelica and Amanda resolved things for us. We remain WF customers because of them... Wow... Maybe it was because I was already in a bad mood, coming here made it worse... 8 bank tellers were open with 15 people in line and it took 22 minutes to go in and out of this bank. It's none of my business to why it took so long for some people to get withdrawals but the majority of people withdrawing had an issue withdrawing from their accounts. Each person needed a supervisors approval to complete these withdrawals. 22 minutes, 8 bank tellers... that's my biggest complaint. I just wanted to do a deposit. I didn't see a sense of urgency to any of these tellers and the line just kept getting bigger. No thank you! read more

Horrible service. Met with Timothy this morning to open an account for my 17 year old son. He told me he couldn't open a checking for him without me on it. I explained to him that I called in advance and it was confirmed that a 17 year old can have a checking without a parent on the account. I even pulled it up online. I then suggested he ask branch manager. She came and was one of the most unintelligent women I have met. Unfortunately she too was unaware of the account I spoke of. Left this location and headed to the Waterman location. They were friendly and very familiar with the accounts. Needless to say, my son now has his own checking, with Wells Fargo and it's not because Timothy knew what he was speaking of. I came here on Saturday to get a new debit card and one of the personal bankers Elizabeth was awesome and very helpful! She gives awesome customer service! This Wells Fargo is one of the largest ones I've seen. It was actually busy for a Saturday afternoon. I hadn't stepped inside a bank in a long time. I usually do all my banking online or via ATM. Wow, this place has the worst customer service!!!!! I received a comcheck from one of the driver's of the company I work for, Chipman Relocations, and was informed that since the check was provided through Wells Fargo I would be able to cash it there. I walked into the building and a lady came from her desk and greeted me and asked if she could help me with whatever I was getting done. I explained that I needed to cash the check and she said she would check to see if they can cash it and sure enough they do. Therefore I filled in all the information I needed to and walked over to the line and Bethany waved me to her window. I started to hand her the check when she mentioned I would need to sign it before cashing it, as well she needed two forms of ID. I gave her all the information and took the check over to her manager to come back and tell me that they could not cash it if I did not have a bank account there. With the attitude I was receiving I merely walked out and made a few phone calls. About 5 mins later I walked back in and asked the first lady I originally spoke to if they do indeed cash comcheck's and explained the situation and she apologized and said that maybe she was misinformed. She led me over to the business line and again I got stuck with Bethany. I told her that I would need to speak with her manager because I was informed that I could cash my check there. Her manager walks over with a slight look of attitude in her face. She then explains that she can not cash it because they have no way to verify who I am because I have no bank account there. I told her that was misleading because she could simply call the 1-800 number on the front of the check but she was rude and didn't want to do anything. Long story not so short......don't go here if you are looking for good customer service. They are rude and careless. Seeing as Naishe is a manager you would think she would know to be kind and courteous, guess I thought wrong! read more

Merchant and Business Owners beware! This bank has the worse CS of all the WF I've ever been too. They shut down the merchant line early and anyone in line will get push to the end of the regular line. I would rather drive to Vacaville or anywhere else then here. This location has a new Manager who should straighten their acts. Maybe try back in a year to see if all the kinks are iron out. read more

About 15 minutes ago I was going to review this Wells Fargo bank as a 1, noting that I really meant 0 stars. Every time I come the lines are ridiculous and today was no exception. I drove past and saw the line almost nearing the entrance door. but since I was paranoid about if I closed my garage door or not I went back home to check and drove back to the bank after. I changed my mind about the 0 stars after seeing the line had disappeared and was assisted by Ms. Carol. Bless her soft spoken teller heart. She was very polite and asked questions concerning my checks just to make sure everything was up to par. If she's working every Friday around 3:15 I will make this my usual errand time- no creeper status. read more

I am sure that I do not bank with them. I went to cash a wells Fargo check and was in line behind 10 people. 7 tellers working, 3 supervisors behind them and 5 sitting behind desks. Instead of opening additional windows, two walk from the desk and started directing customers. When it was my turn, teller ask why I didn't have a wells Fargo account. Probably the best customer service I've ever had at a bank before. From the moment I walked in they greeted me and took care of me and my retirement plan the whole way through. I'm surprised at the poor reviews that this particular Wells Fargo location. There's a drive-thru ATM, which is great and easily accessible. There's two ATMs near the entrance of the bank. I opt to go to the ATMs rather than going inside, mainly because I hate waiting in long lines at the bank. But if I need to wire money to family in the Philippines, there's no other option but to go inside. The tellers are helpful and nice. read more

Ive been going here on and off... The lines can be long at the times but what do u expect, its a bank from crying out loud! The parking is limited but street parking is available too if you don't mind walking! I suggest going during their off peak hrs or early to avoid long lines! Only go inside if its a must! If I could I'd give this place a 0 star. Bad customer service , I've always had came and checked my checks here at this bank and I don't have an account with them so when I come and cash my checks they ask for my ID & for another form of Id & I always have showed my Kaiser card & they ALWAYS have accepted it .. now today I walk in and I show the same id's and they said they couldn't cash my check because they don't accept Kaiser cards. I don't mind that but if that's on their policy that they don't accept that other type of Id then why for the past year they have NOT had an issue with it? At least a few of the tellers didn't ... worst bank ever and don't think about banking with them ever in my life . This is by far the worst customer service I have experienced ever!!! We had to take care of my parents trust business and they acted like we were an inconvenience for them. Horrible bankers that have frowns on their face, then we had to have a medallian stamp, or goodness that was another level of extreme poor customer service. My father has had his account their for 60+ years, now that he is deceased they want us to close his account??? We have other business that needs to go through his account, which we explained. Wells Fargo closed their ATM at Safeway in Green Valley years ago. Recently it closed their ATM at Raley's. I now have to drive 4.5 miles to the downtown branch or 6 miles to the Safeway on Waterman. When I asked a banker at the downtown branch about ATMs in Fairfield he told me more would be coming soon. Soon? What is that exactly? He couldn't say when. I called the Wells 800 number and they referred me back to the FF branch. "No, no, they can't help me there since they don't know", I told him. He kept insisting that I call them back. I kept insisting that it would be foolishness on my part to call them back when I had already talked to them and they didn't have the info I needed. Finally I got through his arrogance and he gave me the number of the regional manager. I called her number and she is on vacation so she left her assistance's number. I called the assistant and she is also out on vacation. Uhm. Do you see a pattern here? It is called bad customer service! read more
