The woman with glasses at the front signing people in was very unfriendly, I could already tell it was busy post-holiday but she was not very welcoming. The waiting area was full, and over the course of an hour they continued to call people out of turn. I understand there are different tellers/associates who focus on different services/troubleshooting but me and two other groups who were there before me sat for a total of 1 hour and 15 minutes before being helped after numerous groups who came in after were already helped. When I was finally called, the associate had me at her desk for less than 30 seconds then sent me on my way. I feel as though they could handle working through the sign-in list a lot more efficiently as well as general guest service guidelines.

I was hoping to just ask about the process on the phone, but since no one answered, I made a trip over to ask in person, plus I had a check to deposit. Pulling into the parking lot, I see a security guard patrolling the outside which is nice to see they have security posted outside as a deterrent for criminals. I walked in and there was no line, just two families being served by the two tellers. They must be on a skeleton crew on the weekends. The wait was only a minute or two before I was able to be served. The female, Filipino teller was very friendly. She explained the procedure to order the Euros on the BofA app to me and told me it was the easiest way to exchange for foreign currency and that the currency can be shipped to me within 3 days for a small shipping fee and if over $1,000, can be shipped to the BofA location of choice to pick up. After depositing my check and all banking business was completed, she asked about my trip (there was no one waiting in line to be helped) and was genuinely interested in hearing about my plans. Overall, a great experience at this location that day. Only reason for 1 star off was because they didn't answer their phone when I called.

This review comes in the wake of yet another out-of-service ATM experience. I am not exaggerating when I say that up to half the times I try to use the ATM at this location, it's out of service! Can somebody please get it together and make sure the freaking ATM is working, especially during non-business hours?
