Talk to someone on the phone at Wells Fargo and we were told the bank manager should've been able to give my elderly mother a contact to get this resolved because once again they're trying to take that money out of her checking account that this person billed for when they never fixed the issue and installed something incorrectly, and it was the wrong part! She has provided more than ample proof showing that she had to take it to another mechanic immediately to actually get it fixed correctly, but Wells Fargo wants to keep paying out to the scammer almost $400. read more

The Wells Fargo location off Milton is truly the best in Flagstaff. I've never had a bad experience, and I've always been greeted happily but each teller. I've gotten notary papers done without waiting longer than 5 minutes each time, and I haven't experienced long waits in the teller line either. Sure there's busy times, but it seems to move smoothly. I'm thankful to have switched banks to Wells Fargo, as I get much better customer service here than the other bank I used to frequent. read more

There was a visually handicapped senior in front of me in line whom a staff member came and made small talk with and left. Made no attempt to wait with him and guide him. I did that. This is the worst bank in the entire country. It has to be. One single atm that hasn't worked in 6 months. Huge lines while there's 1 person checking people out while 6 other employees just stand around looking lost. Get better management in this place. Pro tip- customers would rather not be greeted by a line than a manager that who apologizes for the wait. The line is 14 people deep, 1 teller and a manager apologizing for the delay. If you're short staffed, maybe jump in yourself? Roll up the sleeves and help get people moving with their day. That's service! An apology does nothing but give your staff the illusion they are providing service when the customers perspective is there's a better use of your resources. Wells Fargo makes literal millions, yet they can't afford 1-2 tellers? 2 tellers for 18+ people in line makes absolutely no sense.

I was living in Grand Canyon Village Arizona last month. I received a check from my employer. Wells Fargo would not accept that check online. I had to drive to Flagstaff to deposit the check. It's about a 2 1/2 hour drive. When I got there, the staff was sloppily dressed. This is a bank. If we are driving a very long way to take care of business, I would like better dressed people. Employees are dressed in untucked polo shirts that were dirty. read more

The teller informed me that because I was not a customer that the maximum amount I could change over was $20. She offered that the Chase bank down the street would be able to change up to $100. I had to go into the bank 2 days in a row and was helped by both Ryan and Michael. Michael was able to get my things done that I needed in a timely manner and was extremely helpful! When I worked with Ryan I surprisingly really enjoyed my time working with him. He got what I needed done and even more! Me and my Husband went into this location today to attempt to create a joint account for my husband and I. As we were the ONLY ONES waiting in the lobby for assistance in opening a new account I heard the branch manager tell a customer that he could not sit down another client because he had more people waiting (us). He walks over to us and says that he is too busy to assist us even though there were no customers waiting. He told us that I could open up a joint bank account online if my non US Citizen Husband has a Passport so I went home in hopes to be able to open one and it does not allow me to. I wasted my time and the branch manager was too arrogant to help us because his time was more important than helping customers even though it is his job. I don't know if Wells Fargo cares about the face of their business but I am truly disgusted by the service I received here. If the manager is too selfish about his time to help anyone maybe he should get a job that doesn't require any service such as a Truck Driver, Janitor, or a prison guard because that's the type of service we received today. Then, they want me to pay a fee to open a new account...WITH THE SAME CREDIT CARD THEY CANCELED!!!!! That folks, is a scam. And btw, everyone you talk to is a call center. THEY ARE 16 year olds reading a script. You ask for a manager they put you on with a "Call Escalation Specialist." Continue to ask for a real manager and they send you to the complaint call center. They are there to deflect, not actually solve problems. 3 different call centers, no managers, no solutions, all scripts. Bad company on par with Halliburton. Corporate sociopathy. These days I can't tell if Im walking into a bank or a car dealership. Every time I go to Wellsfargo, especially the one on Milton, they try to sell me products and services I don't want. I say no, and they keep pushing. I say no at least another 10 times, and they keep pushing. Unless you absolutely have to go into the bank location I highly advise that you only use online banking and atms, otherwise you will be relentlessly bombarded with products and services for your account that you really don't need. read more

My funds are no longer secure at Wells Fargo, Flagstaff, AZ. Advertisements have infiltrated between line items of my checking account online, which I mentioned twice there. Check your online account also. I have tried from October, 2016 to present, at the corporate level, to have them removed and get an answer as to why it was initiated. They have been unable to remove them, a clear loss of control, along with invasion by someone other than me. The Wells Fargo Facebook page is filled with other failures with customers and accounts. The Dec. 28th, 2016 Wall Street Journal documented scandals of this company which gave me the resolve to change institutions. Chase Bank is a hundred yards away and a solution to the slack policy and breach of privacy. I will miss the long time association with this bank and the fantastic personnel. Due to a Tellers negligence when opening a new account for another customer at this location in Flagstaff , 2 new accounts were opened and money was withdrawn from my checking account because a teller accidently used my customer number. I understand mistakes happen but when I spoke to the branch manager he disregarded me and after 4 hours of waiting for a phone call back I decided to go into another branch. The manager of the Flagstaff location Chris Fondeow still would not work to resolve the issue and it took multiple attempts from the other branches management to come to a resolution. Bottom line is that an Wells Fargo banker made and error and removed money from my account. I now am required to file for identity theft and I had to close my own account otherwise the money I was finally refunded back due to the mistake will be pulled from my account. How is it right that you are going to take back the money after you replaced it if I don't sign over my rights to my personal info/investigation of my credit history to a third party? Instead of calling it a bank error you having me fill out forms which have to be notarized, supply multiple documentation, and interviews. This is so inconvenient even though Wells Fargo did not properly follow procedures and withdrew funds from my account unauthorized with the lack of concern to fix it in the least inconvenient and timely manner. I've made multiple efforts talking to Wells Fargo employees on the phone as well as in multiple branches about how this is being handled incorrectly but no one has stepped up and shown me how I can resolve this properly. read more
