I had time today, that's why I was there. It seems strange that a bank would defer service for its existing customers by perpetually understaffing its location. Consider banking elsewhere. Update- my interaction with the personal banker was great. Still, be aware that if you make an appointment in your busy day that they may not have a personal banker ready when you arrive and you can still be left waiting. As a matter of convenience, and my doubt that an experience at any other bank will be much improved, I will continue to bank here. I would still consider banking elsewhere if you are not already invested here.

They put the fraudulent charges from a mechanic In Mesa, that review is actually on yelp, saying that he proved he did the repair but no one ever disputed he did the repair but what he did was put the wrong thermostat upside down in the car so people should really reconsider using Wells Fargo because there are multiple complaints with the Attorney General and the Better Business Bureau about their fraud department allowing scammers and other crooked people to charge things when the correct work wasn't done or the work wasn't done at all.
