Absolutely the worst bank experience I have ever had. I was coming to get some work done by the ATM. I tried to withdraw money and both ATM machine are out of money from 20,50,100 I had to wait in line for a banker and the line was ridiculously long with all customers inside the grocery market. I like this Wells Fargo. I believe it's the only WF that's open on Saturdays around the area so that's a big plus for me. Today wasn't a simple deposit/withdraw type of day though since I had a rather complicated matter to take care of with WF. I had an appointment with Maria and she was able to provide excellent service. She was very responsive, thorough, knowledgeable, and pleasant all-around. Sad to say that this level of professionalism and quality customer care is rare when I go to the other branches around Glendale, but I know where my go-to will be now should I have issues with my account. read more

WOSRT BANK! & Lack of Cust. Serv. Open'd acct. then, 10 min later on way home l while I was looking for a phone number to expedite my debt card - see don't give temp anymore when you open an acct. you have to wait 7 day now to get a card) I found a $300 bonus on internet for new accts. The newby teller Gregory T, who opened my account NEVER told me about the bonus. But did say later, that if he told me he would be fired! So much for Cust. Service. I went back to the bank to attach the promo code, NOPE, HaHa "Your to late" said Mean R*cist Mgr. Stacy said, "If you dont like it, Just close your acct & go else where". She would NOT even let me withdraw the $960.00 (cash) I had put in earlier that day. She told me she would set up an appointment 5 days later to close my acct. There's more to the story but I think you've heard enough this is a terrible branch and even worse manager! Please do not bank here unless you're ready for a lot of drama. I'm a Wells Fargo banker for a long time and sometimes staff at certain locations can get overwhelmed with questions issues etc. especially this branch. So far they act quickly with guests needs and even go above and beyond with their services. Her name is Ms. Sona who just arrived and caught me struggling at the ATM machine I asked for help and she took her time with me even though she had also being called for another customer who had some issues. Just drive a little more and use the one inside Von's. Aside from Patrick (I believe that was his name) and most of the female tellers the other employees are really stuck up and unwilling to help. All I wanted to do was cancel a service and I was ushered into a small windowless office with 6 other male bankers all of whom were on their cellphones. The one man helping me spent the next 15 minutes lecturing me on why I needed to keep the service. I told him no, in 2 clicks he deleted the service and he proceeded to say "ok then, thank you " and walked out of the office without another word, and left me sitting in the office with the rest of the men as I showed myself out. read more

Average overall customer service on certain employees, this location is used by me for its location! Although they are always willing to give you a bottle of cold water on a hot Glendale day. At times the employees can be hard to deal with, I tried twice unsuccessfully to have my email switched and even wrote it on a piece of paper and gave it to the teller but came up short, also at times feel dizzy talking to the teller (Inside Ralph's) Overall a decent banking experience for the location compared to a larger, nicer Wells Fargo branch. read more

2 forms of ID if you cash your check in any Wells Fargo, fee is $7.50.. and then they'll hound you about why about why you should open an account with them. No TY! I couldn't believe the small town BS I had to put up with today. I went into this branch with the hopes of cashing my school financial aid check. At first the manager says everything is OK. Then he pulled me out of line and says can I go to a branch tomorrow. Even though the check was drawn from a Wells Fargo branch and I had the proper identification I was still told to come back tomorrow. I just left because I didn't want to make a scene. Even the vibe I got off the guy was really bad. The manager was behaving like I was trying to pass a bad check right in front of them. This branch is so convenient because it not only has ATMs inside the Ralphs but a full bank as well. This branch deserves a negative rating. I go to make a house payment (which should take 2 minutes). First, there is such a long line that extends to a place where the automatic doors automatically stay open. The morning is a chilly 58 degrees and windy so this is not a pleasant experience. There are 2 tellers and a "concierge" whose job it is to let people know when it is there turn to go to the window. When I finally get to the window I give the teller (first name starts with "S") my payment coupon along with a check and wait several minutes while he appears to be scrolling something on the computer screen, one by one. Come to find out he can't locate my loan by the loan number, he says, and needs the address (the one on the payment coupon is where to send the statement and not the property address). This is strange as I have been paying this loan for years with only the payment coupon and my check. Then he asks me my husband's date of birth so he can locate the loan. Houston, we have a problem. I told him that I have never had such trouble in making a payment at which point the manager (?) comes up and showed him where to look for the full loan number and she patronizingly told me "Don't worry. It will be okay". I let her know that I am not worried but actually frustrated. Truth be known I am scared for the system when a teller cannot even process a basic house payment. I let teller "S" know that the experience at this bank was terrible. Also a message to the manager. How about taking the concierge and putting her behind the window so that she can help alleviate the line, rather than act like traffic control in high heels. Never will I go to this branch again! read more
