I have personally never had these many issues with a banks app before. We used the drive thru ATM since the bank is closed on a Saturday and I never trust the outdoor ATM. This location ATM is also facing the street and doesn't have any privacy screen on the pin pad or screen so that's never ideal. Getting to this bank if you're coming from the freeway can be tricky because you'll have to turn at a vacant place next door to get around to go to the drive thru lane. The opening facing San Fernando Road is an exit only for the people using the drive thru ATM. We didn't have any issues while here.
