However, when they reached out to Dump Pumper, they were greeted with a team within the same day! The team came out to investigate the issue and once it was determined, they partnered with my parents to walk them through the findings, pricing and what needed to be done. Additionally, they educated my parents on the cause of the issue. It turns out the builder of my parents home took a few short cuts upon instillation which created a big back up issue way sooner than it should have been.
