Then ch she'd her story to say it's not because of the holiday all weekend pricing is more. If that's your policy you should inform the customer and not let them know AFTER the dog is groomed and ensure holding it in the back of the store. Another horrible policy. You have to go the salon in back of store to get paperwork then go to front to pay only to go all the way to the back AGAIN to get your dog. Ultimately the manager gave me the $6 credit but the way she spoke to me was so wrong. She was getting loud and condescending. Rather than bring it down she escalated further. Explaining the policy over and over again doesn't help, especially when the policy isn't the real issue. The problem is changing the price without notice. The icing on the cake, my pup was still damp. Her fur wasn't even dry! Lastly, they didn't even give my pretty fur baby a bandana or the pretty barrettes on her ears like they always do. Bottom line, no wonder they only have 2.5 stars from nearly 200 people. Definitely NOT going back there & DO NOT Recommend this place to anyone.

We absolutely love coming here because the staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful. They all seem to genuinely care about your pets and you can't beat the prices. I wish they had a better treat selection, but they have enough that you can find something for even the pickiest of eaters. All in all, top of our list as favorite pet store and we look forward to bring our dogs here every month when it's time to restock.

They palletized the tank with great care and it arrived in perfect condition. The delivery was all done via Fedex freight. It was such a relief not to have to leave the tank in my garage while I arranged local movers to finish installing it. One stop shopping at its best. However, the store manager -- who did not identify himself as the manager at first -- abruptly got on the line and spoke to me in a rude and hostile manner, reprimanding me for previously canceling appointments. For context, I have been a loyal PetSmart customer for over twelve years. I had a very sick Yorkie who recently passed away, and there were times I needed to cancel appointments because of his condition. To be spoken to in such an unprofessional and insensitive way, especially after years of patronage, was extremely upsetting. I will be contacting corporate regarding this incident, and unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.
