If there is something they don't sell they can order it for you (they receive an order every week). Our dog has some health issues and we need to be mindful when purchasing food for him. Animal Pantry makes sure to carry something for every kind of dog. They also have two aisles full of toys and treats. There is a cat Maui who keeps an eye on things. The staff is friendly. We absolutely love coming here because the staff is so incredibly friendly and helpful. They all seem to genuinely care about your pets and you can't beat the prices. I wish they had a better treat selection, but they have enough that you can find something for even the pickiest of eaters. All in all, top of our list as favorite pet store and we look forward to bring our dogs here every month when it's time to restock.

Most questions I asked, I could not get an answer. The store is neat and a brief look at the fish department, showed a nice selection that I would purchase, but the staff needs more education. An employee at the Carle Place location told me that the website is linked to the Lindenhurst store location, so they should have the product. However, the store manager -- who did not identify himself as the manager at first -- abruptly got on the line and spoke to me in a rude and hostile manner, reprimanding me for previously canceling appointments. For context, I have been a loyal PetSmart customer for over twelve years. I had a very sick Yorkie who recently passed away, and there were times I needed to cancel appointments because of his condition. To be spoken to in such an unprofessional and insensitive way, especially after years of patronage, was extremely upsetting. I will be contacting corporate regarding this incident, and unfortunately, I will not be returning to this location.
