I only accidentally came here because I typed in the wrong city for an aquarium, not knowing the place I actually wanted to go to wasn't Lindenhurst My uncle and I go inside and they have a huge variety of fish, along with a many, many fish needs. You need it, they got it. And if they don't they'll look it up for you no problem. They do have other pet supplies as well. Also in the store are other animals including birds, a white one who will say hi AND laugh - at first I thought it was a person laughing extremely loud, no don't be fooled.. it's the bird LOL. We were helped by Anthony - apparently one of the store owners. This man knows EVERYTHING about fish. We were with him for about an hour, and he gladly helped is through everything we need for our tank and answered all of our questions so patiently. Just the knowledge we recieved from him will have us going back each time. You don't find that kind of full customer service in a regular pet store, and he truly helped us make a great tank. read more

Very disappointed. No help from staff, totally ignored me. Was looking to buy some fish and the fish were sick and quite a few dead fish in the tanks. I would not buy any fish from here. I walked out. read more

Dont waste your time if looking for saltwater... 20 saltwater tank.. half lights off... about 8 tanks with 2 or 3 fish.. all tanks have red slime algea which will infect your tank... 2 tanks of corals... maybe 10 pieces... plenty of nice fresh water fish in what looks like good condition... plenty of supplies... read more

This place is 10000/10 amazing. I come here almost everyday to get fish for my tanks or even supplies for the tanks. The fish are always in amazing condition and the staff there are incredible probably some of the nicest people I've ever met. I pop in here once a week or so for food for my turtle. The staff is always very quick to help, or even chat about what is up with our little friend. The prices are excellent, and the shop is very clean and has a great selection. I am glad we found a pet food store so close the house that is so accommodating. A+ read more

This place is a mess I walked in and staff members are really disrespectful and rude. The animals in their do not look healthy at all. Most fish look beyond sick. And I have seen a lot of dead fish being taken out. Also the environment for the fish is unsanitary. Wouldn't recommend to anyone! read more

I spend an insane amount of money on corals and went to this place because a friend recommended it to me. The owner or manager is rude and I personally wouldn't buy anything from him. The kid cleaning the windows was very friendly but unfortunately not enough reason to go back there. Small little place with above average priced frags and a nasty owner who looked annoyed people walked into his store and interrupted him from sitting behind his counter. read more

I have been with these guys for years. I have gotten all my fish from them and i also got my lizard from them. They all know what they are doing and they keep the place clean. I am so great full for them when my lizard is sick or there is something wrong with my fish tank. read more

I've been a customer of the three owners for years, since they were in their previous location in West Babylon. I've bought freshwater fish, rabbits and lizards, tanks, enclosures and supplies from them, and currently buy food and supplies for birds, lizards, and fish. The new location is bigger and more convenient. The live foods room can get a bit cluttered, which is why most shops hide them away. But their tanks are kept scrupulously clean and get regular water changes. You want to see sad-looking fish, go to PetSmart or PetCo! They do water testing, and know a great deal about fresh- and salt-water fish. They also do wing and nail clipping for birds, and also board birds, lizards and small caged critters, and even had some very long-term parrot boarders after Sandy! The size of the shop can't compare to the giant chain stores, but if they don't have something they will order it for you, no problem. I've never found the staff rude. It's always like visiting friends there. read more
