Avoid this office at all costs. The lack of propriety and professionalism that I witnessed there was absolutely staggering. They are apparently accustomed to manipulating their client base and will turn hostile when their advice is questioned. What I found most shocking was the blatant attempt to capitalize on a local crisis involving one small group of doctors. This insurance agency generated some premature, misleading, and very alarming warnings via text messages, which caused widespread panic among their clientele. They purposely sought to manipulate the situation by insisting that those who might be affected come into their office to discuss potential new medical plans, which of course would afford them the opportunity to earn commissions on countless new policies. Sarah even went so far as to scream and hurl insults at me and order me to make an appointment when I asked too many questions. There was really no need for the hostility, no need for a change of medical plans, and no need for panic either since most current plans do allow for out of network care if the doctor should in fact leave the network. Beware, people! Sarah assured me repeatedly that she had my back, when the stark reality is that the only back she has is her own. You would be very well advised to seriously question her advice, her methods, and her motives too. read more
