Very dark ambiance inside so if you're going for happy hour def come here for a lowkey relaxing vibe. Happy hour is reasonably priced and our waiter was busy but attentive! Appetizers were fire. The volcano fries with a lil drink and some spam musubi after a long day hit the spot. Only reason why I gave it a 3 was because the drinks were STRONGG which is good but not very flavorful. I didn't actually like the drinks very much at all - but hey I got drunk!

Tiki fanatic here! I google tiki bars every time I travel and always make sure I have time to check at least one out. Adrift is a stunner, I was impressed and delighted! I got their Mai Tai and their Painkiller, and both were excellent. The edamame hummus plate was scrumptious (thanks for the veg options!). The bartender was super nice, and the bar filled up quickly, no doubt because it was Happy-hour-all-night Tuesday! If I lived here in Denver, I would be a regular for sure. I absolutely adored Adrift, and can't wait to go back!

Thanks Adrift for a great Mother's Day dinner. Complete with fresh flower orchid lei we thoroughly enjoyed all of the tropical and signature drinks. We really loved the Poke nachos and salmon dish the best. The service was great. Our waitress was very nice and knowledgeable of the menu. Also it was nice to talk to management about upcoming events. It was not busy when we got there but they were super busy after a couple of hours. I highly recommend the outdoor patio especially for summer time. The decor and ambiance and theme was great. Highly recommend for those who love tiki bars.

I've tried to do Dry January every year for the past five years and never make it very far. After visiting Adrift Tiki Bar, I'm convinced the problem isn't me, it's the lack of good low and no alcohol cocktail programs around town. Adrift absolutely gets it. Their no alcohol cocktails are just as thoughtful, balanced, and well presented as their alcoholic ones, which made the experience feel intentional instead of like an afterthought. I tried several drinks, including their no alcohol Mai Tai, Painkiller, and a few tropical forward options, and every single one was well balanced and flavorful. Nothing felt overly sweet or flat. The Anchored Tides in particular stood out with a bold, bitter profile that still felt refreshing. The food was also solid. The spam musubi and wings were both really well done and paired nicely with the drinks. The space is fun, vibey, and welcoming, especially if you're not drinking and still want to feel included. This is a great spot whether you're doing Dry January or just want a well crafted drink without alcohol. I'll definitely be back.

Adrift is a fun Christmas tiki pop-up with a super festive vibe. The drinks were really unique and creative, and the holiday-themed tiki mugs and cups were absolutely adorable--definitely part of the experience. The atmosphere alone makes it worth checking out. Service was on the slower side, so I'd recommend coming with patience and not in a rush. Also, make sure to book a reservation ahead of time because it fills up quickly. Overall, a great spot for a festive night out if you plan ahead and go for the drinks and ambiance

This place is so cute and a great vibe. The food itself was basic and delicious. The fries were a bit plain so we asked for a side of teriyaki and furikake to spice it up a bit! The Hawaiian buns were just buttered, so nothing too special! The two things that were a bit disappointing was 1. The beignets were not really beignets-- they were more similar to a donut hole. It was very tart and the raspberry on top threw the tartness overboard. 2. The service was very slow (we went on a Thursday night). We had to flag down a server every time to order. I still would come back when visiting because the spam musubi's and drinks were delicious!

When you step through those doors you are transported to another world entirely. It is a tropical paradise....honestly feels like you are somewhere by a beach, not landlocked CO. The cocktails are festive and delicious. The maitai was a delight packed with a punch and the painkiller brought that coconut vacationy vibe. Highly recommend! We also got the coconut shrimp for an app. They give you a two hour time limit. The bar seating is limited, but they do have happy hour til 6!

Went into this restaurant/bar last minute, such a cute restaurant! I love the puffer fish lights! All of the drinks were so delicious. Warning with drinks with the skulls, they are STRONG! Great place for girls night and big parties. Service was wonderful. Lots of street parking.

Finally visited adrift for the first time during their holiday pop up Snow Drift! It was beautifully decorated, and the seasonal menu was very well done with both food and drink items. Service was great! My only "complaint" is that most drinks are made with rum (typical at a tiki bar) but don't expect to get anything tropical looking that's not rum forward. Definitely a Denver classic!

What a neat spot! We love a tiki bar and Adrift did not disappoint. Music, decor, service, drinks, food, happy hour prices, all around vibes were all on point. I felt transported to a warm, tropical locale despite the chilly weather outside in Denver. We ordered just about every food item on the happy hour menu. I thought the cucumber salad was too sharp, but the rest of my group loved it. I particularly enjoyed the Mac salad, the volcano fries, and the edamame hummus! I had the nonalcoholic painkiller, which was delicious! Cannot wait to come back and try more.

*CELIAC / GLUTEN FREE REVIEW I wanted so badly to love this place, but I did get sickI am a VERY sensitive celiac and I took a risk, so if you are less sensitive, they do have lots of precautions put in place. we got the spam appetizer and shared the pork belly lettuce wrap board - SO GOOD. The sauces for both contained gluten, but they brought out substitutes that were GF which I appreciated. Their happy hour menu is awesome and the venue itself is very cool. most of their menu can be made GF, they have a separate GF fryer (but right next to the regular fryer) and knowledgeable staff. They do warn about possible CC - so eat at your own comfort level!

Adrift made my birthday so special! I was lucky enough to attend a Yelp Elite event a few years back and I decided to spend my birthday dinner here this year. I went online and made my reservation thru OpenTable. Parking is going to be on Broadway at paid spaces or the surrounding area. The parking is hard to come by. Arrived right at restaurant opening, 4pm. Led directly to my table. The theme was still Halloween which was so fun. They had black and white movies playing on their big screen , fun spooky music playing. Spooky Tiki drinks were being offered on the menus still. They ran out of a certain shot and they gave me an alternate one on the house for a birthday treat! Ordered several shareable plates and the manager came over and said they were sorry about the longer wait for those to come out of the kitchen , didn't really notice any time wait and just thanked them for that. Our server Bill ...the vampire, LOL actually he was dressed as Oroville Peck, he was amazing the entire time. We inquired about an order we placed and he was very sorry that he forgot to put one item in and they took that off our total as well. They normally charge if you bring your own birthday celebration treats and the manager didn't charge us for that. I brought cupcakes as I was so particular about these treats and wanting to have one on my birthday and she didn't mind one bit. All of the food was yummy and we had one guest in our party who was able to order vegetarian food and have a mocktail as they are sober and still wanted a tiki drink. Adrift really cares about giving patrons the best experience, they were sorry about the items coming out late and one being forgotten that they gave our table complimentary shots and even took note that one of our guests didn't drink and gave them an alcohol free shot of a tiki mix. I loved spending my special day here and thank you so much Adrift for everything!

Made a last min reservation via OpenTable on a warm Saturday evening and were seated promptly. What a cute spot! The tiki vibes are on point with the decor, drinks were 10/10 and pretty strong depending on what you get so you get your money's worth. I got a Mai Tai and a Guyaba Cooler - both great and made me wish I was on an island. I thought the prices for the drinks were pretty reasonable compared to other tiki spots but they do pack it with ice. The one thing I will say the food was OK, we had eaten before and I was glad we did. A tiny spam musubi for $7?!??! They don't even sell 1 of those in Hawaii for that much! $20 poke nachos were OK - very heavy on the sauce and maybe like 8-9 poke cubes. Overall, I'd come there for the drinks solely but you're better getting food at another place.

I looked online and found that they were hosting an all Vinyl 80's dance party with no cover charge on Saturday night... how cool is that!! So, we took a rideshare from Downtown to The Delorean. I am not familiar with that area of town, but there looked to be several bars and restaurants nearby. Anyway, upon entering, we were immediately greeted with a library of cassette tapes. Then, we wandered further to see lots of neon lights and neon carpeting, cases of nostalgia featuring various toys and games from the 80's, as well as lot's of music posters. The cocktail menu was super cool, with drinks named after 80's songs and movies. There was a fun little photo booth in back. I ordered a Pretty in Pink cocktail, which featured jasmine and rose gin with champagne and elderflower liquor with a huge champagne bubble. My friend ordered the She-Ra Colada because it came it a really cute Tiki cup. I think she enjoyed it because she ordered a second. That night, there was an Ape (yes a man in an ape suit) playing 80's vinyl all night. Also, he was giving away records. If you enjoyed a song, you could ask and he would give you the record after it finished playing. I brought home a single by the Klymaxx (Meeting in the Ladies' Room). My friend and I had an absolute blast. We danced the night away and made 80's music-loving friends who we shared stories with about various 80's bands. A server wearing Strawberry Shortcake served us drinks at our table all night. The only bummer is that the dance night went from 9- midnight. After the Ape DJ left, the music was a bit on the quiet side, so we left rather than staying to dance, as the dance party had ended and it was still early. All in all, though I was disappointed, as I wanted to dance until 2AM, The Delorean was still one of my absolute favorite experiences during my Denver weekend stay.

We walked in without reservations and managed to grab one of the last open tables, so I'd definitely recommend booking ahead. The space has a great atmosphere with low lighting, candles on the tables, and that lively dinner buzz that makes a restaurant feel exciting without being overwhelming. Our server, who I think may have also been a manager, was fantastic and brought such a fun energy to the experience. The house focaccia immediately changed my opinion of the place. Honestly the best focaccia I've ever had. Perfectly crisp on the outside, soft inside, salty, flavorful, and good enough to eat completely on its own. The spring greens were light and fresh, and both pasta dishes were excellent with perfectly al dente pasta and great seasoning. I ordered the chimaera alla vodka, but my friend's no waste gnocchi ended up being my favorite bite of the night. We finished with lattes and tiramisu, and somehow the meal kept getting better. The coffee was genuinely better than what you get at a lot of coffee shops, and the tiramisu was light, balanced, and not overly sweet or soggy like it sometimes can be. The inside of the restaurant had a mid-century modern feel that reminded me of my childhood home. After sitting down and reviewing the menu, my friends decided on the frozen rosé, while I stuck with a Coke since I was driving. The soda hit the spot, but my friends found the frozen rosé a bit bitter and weren't fans. For starters, we highly recommend the garlic bread and pepperoni rolls. The sauces served with them tasted fresh and were packed with flavor. After appetizers, we ordered three pizzas and a Caesar salad. The restaurant got busier after we sat down, and our food took a little over 30 minutes to arrive. When the pizzas finally came out, they were absolutely worth the wait. They were visually appealing, and we couldn't wait to dive in. I ordered the veggie pizza, and it was so good. Our friends got the White Tiger pizza and added prosciutto, while my husband ordered the mushroom pizza with added sausage. There were 2 parties ahead of us when we walked in, and we didn't even talk to the host for about 15 mins. I had time to go down to the bathroom, take a call, and come back, and my fiance was still waiting, and nobody had even acknowledged him or said it'll be just a minute or anything. The restaurant was freezing cold inside, unbearably cold, so we asked to sit outside and were told there was a wait, fine not a huge deal. Except for the wait again at the host stand after we got our text, it took forever to get seated. We got the text, went back, and 2 parties ahead of us who were just walking in and weren't on the list or anything were seated outside, and finally they got to us. The host had absolutely no sense of urgency or hospitality, she was just leisurely walking around and took forever to come back after seating someone. Honestly super frustrating. I'd be less frustrated if we had gotten a "hi, I'll be with you in just a second", or even any sort of acknowledgment, but no such luck. We felt like an annoyance being there. The patio is gorgeous, such a nice spot, but it is insanely loud. I don't know what it is about it but the noise is so amplified we could barely hear other talk. And there were quite a few open tables so it wasn't packed or anything. Service was good, our waiter was on top of it and quick, but the food was fairly mediocre. We ordered the stracciatella and sourdough and it came with 6 of the absolute tiniest spears of sourdough I've ever seen...for $16. We finished it in about a minute. The pizza was good but nothing to write home about, I expected a bit of a bigger pizza for the price just based on other places we've been to in town. Good but really nothing special. Neither of us ordered a drink but we saw them walking out with cocktails and they had to be some of the smallest cocktails I've ever seen. Overall I feel like this place is pretty overpriced for what you get, and the service at the host stand kind of ruined the experience off the bat for us. We've had much better dinners for less lately, so unfortunately this just didn't do it for us.
