He showed me rough estimates so I'd have them when I'm ready and left the decisions to me. That kind of straightforward, no-upsell approach is rarer than it should be. The waiting area is a genuine plus: free wifi, a table big enough to work at, and a small fridge with complimentary drinks, large TV. My one suggestion would be to add a coffee in the AM. I don't blink enough, so I noticed this place driving down Fayetteville shortly after 5:00 PM on a Tuesday. Note that the entrance to this place is at the back of the shop. You need to go through the parking lot of Reliable Cars & Trucks to access it. The shop wasn't too busy, and I was able to go in and out of it pretty quickly. The employees were very friendly. Not too much else to say about this place. It's a good choice when it's time for your inspection.

After bs-ing me I just Said I needed to leave for an appointment and would "come back" for the additional testing. Went to Murray's auto (LOVE them) and they told me neither test would've done anything for the problem I had and they were able to diagnose and fix with a simple $70 test vs the $350 total in useless tests five points tried to make me buy... The team is incredibly transparent throughout the entire process and takes the time to show videos and pictures of anything they recommend for your vehicle. What I appreciate most is that they never use pressure or scare tactics to push unnecessary repairs. They're honest, straightforward, and truly treat you like family instead of just another customer walking through the door.
