Arrived a little after noon on a Saturday. There were a few cars in the drive through, and 9 people standing in front of me in line inside. I thought this is gonna take forever! I saw a couple come in, look at the line and turn around and leave. Amazingly, I got my food in ten minutes from entering the building. I had a small coke, Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger and a small bowl of chili. This was the first time I've ever been asked if I would like onions and cheese on my chili. YES! The onions were free, but the cheese was an additional $0.60. Everything was delicious and it was under $9.00. The store looked clean to me. I didn't see any dirty tables or even dirty trays sitting on the trash waiting to be cleared. The lady who took my order was nice, too. The food is awful. This place needs new management--or maybe it should just be closed. Our food was cold, the chicken was old and dried out, and the service was poor. Really, how hard is it to cook fresh fast food? Aren't there rigid guidelines set by Wendy's corporate to ensure standard quality? I know it's going to be a doozy of an experience when the lady behind the cash register asks me, in the middle of ordering, where I am from. Sigh. People who look mixed race should know what I'm talking about. It's something we deal with regularly, that question of "Where are you from?" Um, the United States of America? Southern California? This location more likely than not messes up my order, I tell them beforehand about my allergies while ordering, they still mess it up. No matter if in the drive thru or walking in, it'll take 15-20 minutes.. don't know how you can call yourself "fast food." I have been going to this Wendy's pretty regularly since March for their breakfast, which I must say is very good. The issue is with the atrocious customer service. Far too often I will pull up to this Wendy's around 8:00 AM and, despite their lobby being closed and not a single other car in the drive thru, I will be prompted to wait to say my order. When I finally do order, most of the time it takes 5-10 minutes to make ONE SANDWICH. I've worked in fast food as recently as 6 months ago and I understand many places are short staffed, but this place is never busy in the morning so I have no clue what takes so long. Yesterday, after being told to pull forward and waiting 15 minutes for one bacon egg and cheese, I decided to stop coming here. I normally try not to give bad reviews to these chain fast food restaurants but this one was pretty bad today for lunch. About 12:00 and it surprisingly wasn't very busy. Usually this place always has a line. The person working the register was one of the slowest people I've ever seen before. She kept telling everyone that she's only one person and can only do so much. After waiting a while for our food I get up to the counter and noticed that we didn't get a cookie we ordered. No big deal. I just reminded her and she got one right away. We proceeded with our meal until we noticed we never got our free frosty we used a coupon for. My wife went up to ask about it and after waiting a while to get her attention she ended up telling us that they don't have any frostys today. She then dug our coupon out of the trash can and gave it back to us. I'm not sure who's running this place but they need to fix things at this store. read more

I came here at around 10:10 -10:15 AM. When we arrived we were looking forward to having some wendy's breakfast. The line was about 3 cars long with a red pickup truck at the window (for the food). As time kept moving by, the line wasn't moving AT ALL with the red pickup still at the window. I knew what was coming because this happened before the other time I came here for breakfast. They are stalling so they don't have to make anymore breakfast food! as I say in the line for around 10 mins the line still hasn't moved so I start to look up other places i can get food. As soon as the clock hit 10:30 a Wendy's employee came out to switch out the menu and the line started moving. This is unacceptable and i've never encountered the problem with any other Wendys before. If you are going here for breakfast come here at least an hour early as they WILL NOT SERVE YOU breakfast. read more

If Wendy's has square burgers because they don't cut corners, how come everytime I stop at one I get chili meat? When you add that to their new and improved fries, that have been sitting under a lamp way too long, and a 20 minute wait with three cars ahead of you in a drive thru; I wonder why I ever come back. Seriously I know they changed their fries a few years ago and decided to devalue their ketchup by dropping Heinz and go with an inferior house blend, it doesn't change the fact that their corporate controllers made a bad decision and they are selling an inferior product that doesn't hold up as well as their original fries. Given their beef is fresh and never frozen, why do they cook it to the point that my puppy would rather eat the bun instead of meat? I don't know why I trust you to put Bacon on my sandwich when you can't cook beef and the bacon is just a dried out collection of bacon bits instead of two pieces of crispy but chewey goodness. I guess I should say one piece broken in two and crushed to bits, because corporate decided we don't deserve two pieces of bacon and they deserve twice the profit. I give Wendy's props for your ice cold coke, but it is hard to mess up something that squirts out of a machine. I give your building crew credit for following the design and executing what a Wendy's is suppose to look like. It is too bad the people inside aren't able to serve the food the brand claims to be. Part of my frustrations with Wendy's comes from corporate, but just as many if not more are tied to the management of their individual franchises. i try not to give bad reviews. But today about 6:39 on a Saturday march the 5th it's was a woman that wasn't serving us. There food was cold floor was dirty and had napkins and straw papers all over the flood. When we got done eating we went to the bathroom it was nasty the toilet had period blood on it and a tampon on the floor and there was toilet paper all over the floor. Let me tell you the immense disappointment that my roommate and I experienced just this past evening. After spending a day putting on a local festival, we had hoped to go and get some delicious Wendy's. As we pulled in the parking lot of this outdated establishment, we had thoughts of the warm, square patties dance through our minds. As we walked up to the door we observed one family enjoying their meal, while another struggled to order. Upon pulling on the door, we quickly discovered that the building itself was locked. We checked the time and saw that it was 9:56pm. Now I've only been on this rock we call earth for 22 years, but I have never gone to a fast food establishment at 10 in the evening and not been able to get inside. I would be understanding if it was 11 or something around that, but 10? That's more absurd than expecting Mexico to build a wall for us. Now I have had past experiences at this location before, and none have been enjoyable. The staff looks like they would rather beat themselves in the head with a fire extinguisher, than serve a cheap, never frozen patty to a customer. To call these people workers would be an overstatement. They are more like people paid to stand in the back and screw up your order. You could get better service from Helen Keller, than you could from anyone in here. read more

If I could give them a "0" I would. Neither my wife nor I could eat our food. Her chicken sandwich was cold and tasted foul (no pun intended). My Single was cold and tasteless. The fries were fine. The Coke was flat. Threw it all away aside from the fries. Restaurant was dirty...dust and dirt in every nook and cranny, franchisee must be clueless and Wendy's corporate must be asleep.
