Nobody gives a crap at this place. Service is SLOW. Last visit someone was cleaning tables and left the cleaning supplies on a table while they went away for 15 minutes. They also had Fox News on. I told the manager that if Fox was on the next time I came I would turn on my heel and leave. Today I did just that. TERRIBLE. If I could give this location a ZERO star review, I would gladly do that. I should have known better. I've had bad experiences at this location (Piedmont Road, Atlanta) several other times. Always in the drive through. There were about 10 cars in the drive through, it took about 30 minutes to make it through the line. Once I got to the window, the lady rudely and aggressively said "WHAT WAS your order." Said. Not asked. To which I replied "chicken sandwich". She says "WHAT?" So I responded similarly "CHICKEN. SANDWICH." She takes my card and shoves it into the machine and walks away. Another person comes and asks if I had the Coke Zero. He hands me the Coke Zero and my card+receipt. The lady comes back with my order: A bag of fries that were fried for too long - they ended up crispy. AND my chicken sandwich which was also burnt and crispy. I said "thank you" and she just grunts and walks away. Like I said, I should have known better than to come to this location. Transaction took place on Aug 30, around 10:30pm. It's always a fight getting what you want here. The food came out warm which is great but after waiting they got my sauces wrong and gave me all barbecue instead of the sauces I asked for. I am a connoisseur of Wendy's, a Champion of the JBC, the King of the Frosty, the Duke of the Baconator- but this is by far the worst Wendy's in the history of mankind. As for the food, it was what you would expect of a Wendy's. In regards to the experience, I was reprimanded as if I were a child, for making a personal decision to buy a meal for a homeless person I had seen earlier on the main road. I was actually yelled at by several employees for this. I did not feel that was appropriate to make a scene in front of other customers, and also if I had been buying the food for a friend it would have been a different story. My money is just as green as anyone else's, and it's sad that I couldn't do something nice for somebody in need without being verbally attacked by Wendy's staff. -WATCH OUT!!!!- The manager just scammed me on May 14 at 9:30pm. When he handed me my change back, he said,"don't worry abut the penny," then walked away. No one else was in line. The cash handed back (my change) was neatly stacked. I separated the bills and looked at the cash change and the cost of the combo on the menu board. I was handed 2 dollars (and change) instead of 4 dollars (and change). Gas prices are high so I expected higher prices- which I've seen elsewhere this week. This was clearly a mistake. I had to call the manager back to the register - he insisted he handed me four dollars and said," don't you remember I pointed out not to worry about the penny when I handed you your "4" dollars back." WELL, this was a scam. Step one: Tell me you're saving me a penny when handing back the change. Step two: Stack the bills so, at first, I don't see the number of bills. Step three: walk away into the kitchen FAST if no one is waiting behind the customer. Step four: Dispute the customer's claim and pretend you doled out the correct change with the caveat that you were even "trying to help the customer". I'VE been going to this place for more than 15 years - and I've never been crazy about this Wendy's for various shady service reasons. But a manager intentionally ripping me off with this scam is the last straw. read more

Worst Wendy's I Have Ever Been to and I give it a one star but I would want to give it only a half star. Let's start with this Wendy's has been reopen 3 or 4 times in the last year or so. All the employees seem like they were dragged out of bed and told they will not get there money if they don't argue with the customers. The food was scary to eat and they seem to have problems with the most basic orders. If you want a receipt they offer you TO WRITE DOWN WHAT YOU ORDER with a paper and piece paper, sorry this is a Buckhead Location not the hood. I found out from another customer that the receipt printer has been broken three weeks since they reopened. They deserve half a star because they have new furniture to go with there horrible serve.
