They get my order wrong everytime. The kids that work here are all high and intoxicated on the clock. They always get my order wrong. Everytime I go there's something wrong with my order. The food is always messy and not taken care of. And they always take forever to give you your food. The ambiance is have piece of shit cars and be high while working and don't give a single fuck about the food and order. This Wendy's opened last year and looks pretty modern and nice on the inside. They have free wifi and several booths with outlet ports to plug in your devices. Seems like they want you to stay a while. I like their $4.79 spicy chicken sandwich here. Every single time I come here there is ALWAYS something wrong with my order. This time, the entire order was wrong.

Went through the drive through today and the woman at the drive through window was super rude. Tone of voice like she was annoyed that you were there ordering. I'm going to start this review by stating that bothers me when people are incompetent or lazy when it comes to their jobs. I'm pretty sure in the case of this Kirk Road Wendy's it's the latter but regardless, I've worked in fast food before...it's not that hard. I ordered about $20 worth of food at about 6 PM in the rain with no one in front of us. Wait for food wasn't too bad and staff wasn't too friendly but wasn't terrible, either. However, I ordered two Junior Bacon Cheeseburger 4 for $4 meals, one cheeseburger kids meal ketchup only, one chicken nugget kids meal, spicy nuggets, and a chili. All the fries were luke warm/cold. The two Junior Bacon Cheeseburger meals had no bacon on them. The cheeseburger kids meal had everything on it, not just ketchup only. I would only go to this Wendy's again if I felt like double checking their work (while waiting at the window as not to have to go back around again) while fully expecting to have to hand half the order back, wait longer, and hope it comes back correctly the second time without spit. If you're the type of person who doesn't care about the temperature or accuracy of your order this Wendy's is perfect! It's just not for me...and their food isn't that great, either. read more

I have been to this location SEVERAL TIMES. The only reason I go back is because it is closer to my house then the other ones in the area... all times I have been there they have been so mean. Most times I don't get half of my order, or get shooed away. They are so rude and when you ask again about something they get bitchy. There is a man w/ a mole on his lip that makes it worse. I have been told to "fuck off" and to have a "shit day" he has been rude to me and my friends every time I go through the drive through. Today was the last straw... I didn't get half of my order because he told me to drive away and once I realized this I event back and wanted my money back along w/ my food and he was yelling at me, threw my food out right in front of my face, and threw my cash at me. read more

Easily the best Wendy's I have ever been to. The remodel has really brightened up this location, the staff is wonderful, food was ready in under 30 seconds. If I would recommend someone to a Wendy's it would be this one. Very happy with this visit. Will be returning in the foreseeable future. read more

They don't use sanitary gloves. The person making the food is doing others chores and going back to making food with no gloves on. No washing of hands either. I stood there and watched all of this and left without getting food. Yuck and unsanitary. Wear gloves and change often please! I thought this was a good Wendy's until I decided to go inside instead of drive-thru and I was totally surprised and grossed out. Do better! I work 3rd shift and some nights I crave Wendys especially since not much is open at 12:30am on a weeknight. The past few weeks though have been far from good. Last Thursday, I drove through and the drive thru speaker automatically says we're closed but clearly they were not, a few employees standing inside, didn't answer the phone when I called either. Tonight, I stopped by and my fries were horribly stale like they had been under the heater for hours. I'm disappointed and disgusted with service. read more

Actually everything was wrong. Staff was rude. Iordered a large baconator combo. I got a baconator with lettuce and a tomato, two things that should NOT be on the burger. I also asked for minute made lemonade, and was given lemonade with pulp in it. Would not recommend, plenty of Wendys willing to get it right that are not far. read more

I will NEVER return to this Wendy's again. The employees are super rude. I went through the drive thru yesterday while on my lunch and the woman taking my order was rude. After I concluded my order she told me to pull forward and when I did no one was at the first window so I pulled to the second. The man at the 2nd window who I assumed was manger then screamed at me out the 2nd window telling me "SHE SAID PULL TO THE FIRST WINDOW" so I then backed to the first. He then met me at the first window and continued to be rude with his tone telling me I was holding up his line when there were no cars behind me. This is a very nice man restaurant, the attitudes if the employees is what makes this an ugly place to visit. Ordered a true combo large, instead if drink I wanted a frosty, which should be large since that's the size of my combo, they gave me a small come n a small frosty, asked for lg ,the girl said my receipt doesn't say large told he the size of my combo, then they wanted to charge me 1.10$ more, told her just give me my cup, she wants .y receipt, told her my good is getting cold she said here go eat your food,. When this place first opened it was a disaster. My order was wrong every single time. I'm happy to report that I've seen much improvement! My food is fresh, hot and most important, accurate.
