We were traveling from Vegas to Salt Lake and we were hungry. Drive thru was wrapped around the building so we grabbed the last open spot in front of the restaurant and thought it would be faster. Nope! My kiddo and I went to the restroom and had to wait to use one of the two stalls. The lock didn't work in the handicap stall and there was TP all over the floor. No soap, no paper towels, over all disgusting. I walked out and my husband had not moved from the same spot in 10 min. We decided to leave and the line was now out the door. I couldn't even back out of my spot due to the drive thru lane. I don't know how the service or food was but I won't be attending to stop here again based on the ridiculously busy experience today. read more

What might normally be a normal Wendy's experience was upgraded with the new SpongeBob menu -- the pineapple Frostys are fantastic, and the service was friendly as well. And the interior of the restaurant was clean on top of that. Overall, a win for Wendy's! read more

Stopped here between SLC & Vegas. Surprised at how good the service was. We got the saucy nugs, tasty. Unfortunately they were Buffalo instead of Honey BBQ. I brought them up to the counter, thinking the error was theirs... turned out it was my mistake... must have fat-fingered it and ordered the wrong thing. Wendy's graciously gave me new nugs with the Honey BBQ. THANK YOU!!! Dining area was clean. However the men's bathroom had a broken door. No potty break for our driver here. Hope the employees have a system and get their potty breaks too. read more

The girl at the front counter was so sweet and kind when I asked it the chicken strips had any food coloring in them. She replied she wasn't allowed to tell me because that was Wendys policy. Then the manager came over and started being rude about me even asking. She was saying it's all American food..... I don't appreciate rude managers!!! Food was okay not very good. The service was so bad I couldn't believe it, the kid had a headphone in and kept getting on his phone and when I asked for my cup looks at me like I'm a dumb person. Got there towards closing time and the place was a mess. Counter tops were filthy, floor was sticky, bathrooms were a mess, and flys were literally flying around the overflowing garbage cans. Didn't seem to be enough workers on staff and as a result, not only was the place a dump, but the food took almost 30 minutes to make (I had a decently large order). Typical Wendy's. Lots of help, but they won't wait on you to take your order. Use their checkin screens to place your order. 10 minutes later after making the order it finally goes in. The dining floor was sticky from spilled soda, etc. and the view of the kitchen looked awful. There were fries and other food items all over the floor. The trash cans were all overflowing. The service was incredibly slow. Someone needs to take some time to clean this restaurant and train the team to expedite orders. read more

You know Wendy's can always be a hit or a miss for me depending on the location but I'm happy to say that this Wendy's has hit big on the hospitality and overall friendliness. Michael is a great worker and was able to help us save a couple buck by paying cash to use my Wendy's deal! I hope you can share this review to Wendy's corporate and I'll find a way to do so myself because Michael is what I feel all Wendy's should represent when talking about what an employee should be. He's very friendly and well liked by the "locals" in the Beaver area. On my next trip up to Utah and I pass through Beaver, i'll make sure to stop by this Wendy's! read more

I haven't been to this location in a while so when I stopped in Beaver I decided to come get some food. The staff was nice. The food was good for the most part. The fries could have used a little more time but other than that it was good. It was pretty clean inside. I noticed they didn't have any ketchup at all so that was a bummer because I was taking my food to go. The staff was wearing masks but most of the customers were not, I guess maybe didn't require it for some reason. read more

One of the dirtiest restaurants I've been to in a long time. Bathroom was out of toilet paper and the garbage cans were overflowing with trash. The lobby area was not as bad but it was not what I'd call clean. The food was fine-I think the high amount of traffic that this location gets due to its proximity to the highway ensures that food is frequently rotated. There are a few other options nearby. I'd suggest checking them out instead. read more

I was pleasantly surprised with our experience at this Wendy's. I haven't eaten Wendy's in years, let alone fast-food breakfast. We stopped while passing through town for breakfast. The dining room is closed so we went through the drive-thru. The line moved quickly and the customer service was good. I ordered an orange juice, a side of the seasoned potatoes, and the bacon, egg, and cheese biscuit sandwich. The orange juice was an individual size of Simply Orange, pulp free, with no added sugar. It was nice and cold and helped wash everything down! The seasoned potatoes were hot and fresh. They did have a nice seasoning to them that was in every bite. They were crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. They provided ketchup which I did use on some bites. They are interesting though.. not fries but not hash browns. They're like a potato wedge. They were good! Lastly, the sandwich was very impressive for fast-food. Much better quality than McDonalds. The egg tasted real and fresh, the bacon was crispy, the cheese was melted, and biscuit was so warm and buttery! It was a great meal and again, I was impressed. I would definitely order this again while stopping through Beaver during breakfast! read more

TERRIBLE SERVICE. I hate the ordering kiosk system that totally separates you from the employees. It took about 30 minutes to get a combo meal and burger, the building was disgusting, the trashes were overflowing and the soda machines were out of 50% of the flavors because no one had cared to refill them. When we finally got our food, one of the burgers had two bottom buns, 40+ pickles and cold cheese. We had approached staff to get it remade and the employee didn't even look at us in the eye. Simply told us, "Yeah it looks that way, you'll have to yell at my burger cook". So extremely disappointment and frustrated with the service here. We will not be returning and we'll make sure any one we know doesn't either. read more

Worse, today there were three male workers with unkempt hair, scraggly beards, SCRATCHING THEIR CHINS over the food prep area, laughing and shoving each other around. No beard cover??????? Like everyone wants food-diseased beard snark in their food? The entire facility is dirtier than a teen in jock locker room with employees of about the same immature mindset. Lack of mask, I understand (it's Utah). Lack of hair protection is a basic sanitary behavior. We requested a refund when we saw these three dirtballs scratching their faces over the fryer, prepped fries, and bagged food areas. We left the food there. I had ordered 2 jr bacon cheeseburgers and 2 4piece nuggets. When I received my food i thought it would be great as usually ,but unfortunately it was disappointing . My 2 jr junior bacon cheeseburgers were cold and the cheese was not melted however the nuggets was not hot as usual. Im highly dissatisfied with my order and the outcome. DO NOT STOP!!! My Father and I are traveling cross-country. We pulled in and noticed that the Drive-Thru was about 10 cars deep so we opted for the dine-in experience. That is fine. We waited 20 minutes for the young blonde to take the order of the party in-front of us. Finally, the time has arrived for me to place an order. The Cashier informs us that we have to utilize their touch screen kiosk to order our food due to Covid-19, not a problem. The touch screen doesn't work so I was told I have to wait for a manager if I want to order food. I ask why we have to wait for a Manager when the party in front of me ordered through the cashier and the drive-thru is open? No response. We lock eyes for about 20 seconds and I repeat the question. I'm still met with a dumbfounded look. At this point I can tell that the folks behind me are beginning to become restless with the 10 minutes I've been attempting to order food. Next the gentleman on the kiosk to my left leaves and announces to everyone that his kiosk is not working either. He asks the cashier the same thing and receives no response. Either the fine Employees of this particular Wendy's do not speak English or they lack the cognitive ability to answer a simple question. The service was good fast and efficient. The sad thing was they were a little too fast... the food was undercooked to a dangerous point... my chicken sandwich started off good! Great combination of flavors and textures but then when I got to the middle the chicken turned super rubbery. I spat it out and looked at my sandwich, and it was raw!
