This is the worst Wendy's ever. Third strike. First strike: ordered iced tea and it was so weak you could see through it. Strike two: the automated ordering system took my order but there was no one there. I waited and the manager showed up in a car. The grill was down and she had to run to get a part. Strike three: wanted breakfast and they said it would be 15 minutes before the eggs were ready and they were out of coffee. You are OUT! read more

The last time we went to this Wendy's the messed up our order and gave us someone else's. This time they got the order right, but the food.... No one was in drive through but we had to pull ahead waiting on burgers. Fries were all cold and the fry containers were less than half full. Ordered all Dave's singles, ALL of the buns were dry and falling apart, condiments were all in wrappers and on top of buns. Love coming to this location, the food is always a great temperature and always tastes great. It's a fast food place so not much else to say other than the employees are always friendly and quick to fix a mistake if it is addressed. This Location has recently gone downhill. We usually pick up lunch at least once a week from here. Last week they gave me some weird burger instead of a spicy chicken and didn't mark the drinks or give me a receipt to call in about. I left a message on their app and after a few days a manager emailed me and said I could come in to correct the order which is fine but I'll never do. Yesterday we went there and ordered three combos. My friend pulled a very long hair out with his fries and stuck it in his mouth so he threw those away. Then he had half of his bourbon burger down before realizing it was undercooked. Also two drinks of the same size, a Diet Coke and a dr. Pepper once again weren't marked leaving us to guess. My food was fine but needless to say we won't be returning to this location for some time. read more

As a former manager of Wendy's some 25 years ago this place is appalling I just sat in line for 15 minutes to get a frosty and a chili. Supposed to be a 3o Second per order standard on the carry out window... I sat in line with no cars in front of me waiting for a frosty and a chili for four minutes. This is my third visit in the last six nights at this particular Wendy's - but it's the first time I ordered food. The reason why? Because the last two times I came here they were out of chili! I have had terrible service at this restaurant. I ordered on the app and selected "pick up at drive thru". When I arrived I was informed that I must come in to receive my order. When I questioned it because I had selected "pick up at drive thru", the manager told me to come in to get my food or she would throw it in the trash. When I did go in to pick it up, no one was present to talk to about my concerns. On top of that, my hamburger was so cold that my cheese did not melt. AND, my French fries were stale and cold. I have completed the survey on "TALKTOWENDYS.COM and have not heard from the Company. I did call their hotline and was on hold for two hours. I kind of dreaded coming in today, but the kids insisted on Wendy's and I couldn't go across town to the other Wendy's. Yikes. If you want to wait a solid 30 minutes for your "fast food" this is the place for you. It doesn't matter if you go at noon, 3pm or 8pm - you WILL have a long wait. Don't be fooled when there are only a few cars in line or a few people in the lobby. You WILL wait.....for a long time. Ridiculous. I had a similar experience inside 2 weeks ago. Let me just say this place is usually slow, but Nicole made sure our food was made perfectly and quickly! My only complaint was one of the workers named Dylan was rude and made Aden almost cry. Not cool. I give this place a five star out of how nice Aden and Nicole were. I was having a bad day and Aden made it better even though he wasn't having a great day from the looks of it. I usually do not write reviews but I am so over the service at this Wendy's. Please start training the staff on customer service skills, organization and proper communication skills. Every time I come here whether it's inside or outside it's a disaster. Last time I came through the drive thru all the girls from the staff were highly stressed & crying. All the orders in the drive thru were mixed up. One girl was like I'm quitting! Today the orders were slow, Angel the cashier was yelling at her co workers and messing up orders. The kitchen staff was stressed out. What is going on? Also, the staff had dirty hands and they were touching people's food , come on! Get it together because this Wendy is situated in the most busiest streets where large families like to come hang out. Work on the training of your staff so they can provide better service. Reward your staff for hard work the do so you can see the happiness in their faces. There's nothing more horrible to place an order with an unhappy person. That transfers to the quality of your food! read more

Rude, unprofessional, will cut you off and talk over you when you're trying to order, often roll their eyes at you when you ask for something, blame you for their mistakes... don't bother, this is the least professional Wendy's I've ever been to, and I'm surprised they are even allowed to remain open.
