We think this Wendy's is very good. The staff is awesome and polite and the inside is always clean. Food is good convenient and fast.

The IQ of the night shift crew can't be anything above a 50. I pulled up to the drive thru after 11pm to pick up a Grubhub order and a 10 piece nugget for myself. When I got to the window I had to repeat this to 3 separate people (each of them left the window with a look of confusion) for them to finally give me my customer's order and my nuggets. Woman who is manager gave everybody an attitude. When I complained about something she said she understaffed and said sarcastically do you want to work. Story - I had my coupon on my app which she saw when she rang my order . She agrees she was it . The phone went dark while she keys in my order and by the time she needed the discount code again ( which we both saw and agreed the code was 85 ) , it had already been removed as it thought we had used it again . Being the nice person she is , she said she cant apply this discount anymore because she couldnt see it even though she admits she did see it a minute ago .WTH ... Let me preface by mentioning I rarely eat fast food. I had a hankering for a baked potato with chives and sour cream. The food was fast. I took it to go. I ate it without a utensil. Happily using each half potato as a boat for the sour cream packet. 2 were given. Delicious, still hot when I took it out at home. I went in what would be considered a late lunch, about 2pm. As I came in a woman was helping her mother (I guess) with her walker and I got the chance to hold the door and smile and wish a good day. I got smiles back. Chloe at the register saw my bill and a handful of change and encouraged me to count it out. I was able to lighten my pocket load. I moved to this area about a year ago. I will definitely be back in less time than that. Thank you for brightening my day. read more

They have the nastiest staff member around! She is short with short dark hair. Must know where the bodies are buried or related to the owner. Her attitude is horrible! I recently spoke to a girl whose relative works there. He said this woman is rude and gets complaints all the time but nothing happens to her. I love Wendy's, but ever since this location's rebrand, this place has been the pits. Sandwiches used to be great, that's not the case anymore. Most disappointing is that the staff can't seem to fill a medium fry. You get about the same amount in a small, how hard is it to fill a fry container? Speaking of the staff, they don't seem to give a crap about anything anymore. They don't ask you what you want at the drive-thru, they don't smile at the takeout window, it just seems as though the life has been sucked out of them. It has to be a management problem because the other nearby locations excel in every way compared to this place. Something needs to be done. Ever see the episode of South Park where Stan asks for a double cheeseburger and the people from the future keep asking if he wants a "chk-in sam-wioch". Yes, that actually happened here. It was funny, but getting home and expecting the $7 burger and opening up a 99 cent chicken sandwich does not lead to a happy customer. Where to begin? Food: Usually cold, soggy fries. sandwiches with fingerprints on them (from being squeezed and wrapped tight), white tomatoes, white lettuce. The meat is half way off the bun. The chicken only takes up half the bun. Service: Slow! Almost reverse. You are really bothering them by having the audacity to want to eat. You need an interpreter (and I took three years of Spanish. It's done on purpose.) Don't even go at night (past 8pm), you will get something from the morning shift. Dirty, kind of smells. You get to watch high school drama unfold, so I guess you get dinner and a show, but not a good one. I'm surprised snooki doesn't work there. Drive on down Rt. 70 5 miles to the Manchester one.
