Never go here late night, I pulled up and got greeted with a "what do you want" after sitting there in silence for about 5 minutes, asked for a Dave's double combo with a coke " I ain't got coke".... I pulled off to go calm down for a second I've just got off work and I don't have time for attitudes. I pull back around after considering maybe she was just having a bad day, after waiting in silence again the lady finally says something and she's eating, I order again it goes quiet... "what did you say you wanted" SHE WAS EATING WHILE "TAKING MY ORDER AND NEVER ACTUALLY PUTTING IT IN" so I had to order a THIRD time when she was actually listening. I get 2 combo orders and 2 cookies " I only have Fanta " I say " ok I'll take Fanta" she goes " what kind" and at this point I feel like I'm doing her job for her, but nevertheless I finally get to the window. She gives me my sodas and I'm waiting for my food, I get my food I ordered 2 large meals, I received medium fries and no cookies, I tell her I need my cookies and she leaves and comes back " I don't know what happened to the cookies he just made them I have chocolate chip" so I guess cookies just disappear now, she gave me the cookies and they feel like they just came out a refrigerator.... I would rather eat my left foot than to have to deal with that store again. I'm all for marijuana but pulling up to some worker getting blasted is a little crazy as well. read more

Every time I come to this store my order is messed up, and I'm sick of it. I love Wendy's but I'm disgusted with the service at this store. Today they ran out of chicken and didn't inform anyone. They excepted the order then gave me something totally different and the presentation was horrible and on top of everything. Stay away from this poorly run Wendys. Within one month, this went from an efficient, well managed place to a bunch of incompetent, slow, one track mind workers including the manager. We waited 20 minutes in line, and there we only 2 people in front of us. They only concentrated on mobile orders. We left and won't be back. This more applies to dining in, as the food is very good quality for fast-food. THE FLOORS are coated in grease. I'm literally sliding all over the place! Something has to be done about this. A simple mop job isn't going to solve this, it will just spread it around. They need some professional help, one of those circular floor scrubbers would work. Just try not to let me down guys. I waited over 20min. in the drive thru and did not get a receipt. I really wish I had taken the previous reviews to heart. I was duped into going here, by my mom that loves her some Wendy's. I had a feeling that the wait would be long, as it was 3 in the afternoon and the drive thru window was wrapped around. I went inside and there were only 2 people ahead of me. Okay, no worries, this will go fast. I was DEAD WRONG. The cashier was extremely pleasant and there was another employee off the clock standing next to the line apologizing to us all for the wait. I saw the manager multiple times, but she didn't seem to think the MULTIPLE people waiting 20 plus minutes for food was important. Somehow people behind me got their food first, and when I did get my food, items were missing. So disappointing because the cashier was wonderful and the food was good - well, the food that was right anyway. When I ask for NOTHING on a sandwich accept the meat, I don't expect there to be cheese and condiments on it. So I come through drive through to order two separate orders, one for me and a friend. Reasons being we don't want to have to pay with just one of our cards. Noticing there was one car ahead of me, it took about 3 minutes for them to answer the intercom. I ask the lady who answers asking for 2 separate orders. I heard somone in the background say no and start laughing. Then the lady tells me they are backed up and can not do separate orders. I'm quite frustrated knowing there was one car waiting at the window, so I come inside and see two people standing in line. It takes about 10 minutes for them to finally ring me up for them to forget my frosty when I get the rest of my food. Not a pleasant experience to say the least. read more

This place was absolutely filthy! They couldn't get order right then no ketchup containers near the ketchup so asked cashier and she said I'll send someone over! Never did! There we're knats swarming condiment area! No coke in either machine!!! Had some woman tap my shoulder for $1.00. Then my 4 year old unfortunately had to use restroom and that was disgusting! Normally I wouldn't bother going to a fast food joint, let alone spending the time to write a review for one... but the other day three of us stopped into this Wendy's for a quick bite to eat on our way to visit a family member in the hospital. Our stress level was high, and we were in an area that didn't look very promising so we figured Wendy's would be at least consistent with all the other Wendy's in the world (which didn't leave us expecting much). We were sort of blown away. The parking lot was clean, swept, and even the exterior of the windows were clean. We walked in and the interior was beautiful- instead of junky chairs and nasty carpet, they had nice furniture, laminate wood floors, a fireplace, and wall-mounted tv. The staff was clean, friendly, courteous, and on-point (which, let's face it, is rarely the case in fast food). Our food was... well, it was Wendy's. But, it came out AS WE ORDERED IT, and in a timely fashion, so as far as fast food joints go, it was about as good as it gets. Kudos to the owner and/or manager and staff who have this place looking and running great. I've never been in a drive-through type place that was this nice, and I certainly didn't expect it. read more

This was absolutely horrible when I went in this restaurant. The workers behavior was absolutely a night mare. They were screaming back and forth and at one point one of them used the "f" word against homosexuals right in front of bunch of customers.
