Today was the day for the free frosties and fries deal after the National Championship March Madness Game. We pulled up to the drive through, and asked for the deal. The guy through the speaker was extremely rude, yelling at us that they don't have it. He was mumbling his words, and screaming that "that was the whole point of the deal". This was the worst wendy's I've ever been to. All of our burgers and chicken sandwiches were raw inside. None of us could eat any of the food except for the fries and nuggets. The manager gave us a full refund and the cook came out and apologized and said he hadn't been trained on the grill yet but he was working it anyway. They also barely had any drink options through their machine and took a long time to give us our cups and find us lids. DO NOT EAT HERE !! Not only is their service extremely bad, but the place is dirty. I ordered a Cobb salad and they gave me a Caesar Salad with rotten lettuce and only 3 ingredients. Cheese that wasn't even cut up and Chicken that smelled rotten as well. I figured it was a mistake but NO! My daughters burger was burnt to a crisp, so much it split in half and curdled. The drinks came with the tape on top. Cool, thanks for that however the tape stuck to it and has no way of coming off so now I'm driving with an open drink. We went here for a fish sandwich on good friday. Attendant was young thin a d wore a hood. Ordered one fish meal and oe fish sandwich with tarter sauce on the side for both. Called me up and took food to the table. Had to go back to ask for our drink..... he looked at the order on his screen, said ok, and walked away. Brought me back a packet of sour cream. Asked again for our drink.... looked again and said ok and did bring it. Tarter sauce is ordered on the side because they all put too much on the sandwich. Bathrooms were disgusting! Sticky black tarry goo all over bathroom floors. No soap. No toilet paper. Looked like the floors haven't been cleaned in year. Thank Goodness toilets were clean. I was traveling thru town and we stopped off the interstate to have dinner. There is a note on the intercom to say "Hello" as they can't hear when someone pulls up. Then I started my order stating I have many orders. I ordered the triple decker for my nephew and the comment was that will take 10 min. I said that's fine go ahead and start cooking it. Then I started to order the next meal. And the next meal. And then I said hello? She said I was being snippy and she wasn't sure I was still ordering. I said I wasn't being snippy. I was trying to be efficient and order my family's food as we were traveling through. Silence. Again. I said Hello? Should I take my business elsewhere or are you going to take my order? She then took my order. At the window a young man stated the total about 42$ and I gave him my money and I asked for a receipt. He said it doesn't print. It's broken. I asked for the amount to be written down for travel reimbursement. Two women stated this is store 920 and you are in Brownsburg, insinuating for me to write it down. They gave my drinks to me and asked me to pull up. I did and a employee brought out my food in a timely manner. Then as I was checking the bag. Another person brought another bag out from a locked lobby and said this is part of your order too. They had shorted me a french fry and they had actually given me another 2 French fries and 2 chicken nuggets in this last bag. The store really needs to work on communication skills. I wasn't sure if my food was safe to eat. I don't think there was a manager there or I would not have been talked to like this. Don't go to this Wendy's until they clean up their employees foulness. Fold the bags. Have a receipt. Make sure the order is right. Be proud of your job. And don't be disrespectful of the customer. You are losing business daily. read more

You must order at a kiosk (they won't take orders at the counter) and they don't accept cash. I had to wait 5 minutes at the counter before anyone even noticed me to ask for ketchup and was lectured about how I had to use a kiosk before I could even say that I simply needed some ketchup. read more

Just got food from here accidentally through doordash because I'm usually closer to the Avon one, and it may turn me off from ordering delivery from Wendy's altogether just so I don't have to risk getting food from here. I got a chicken nugget meal from here and they entirely forgot the fries AND the chicken smelled and tasted weird, along with having a strange texture. Stopped for a quick bite to eat after house hunting in the area. Speedy service and extra friendly. The cashier is quite an asset to this restaurant. Obviously knows the regular customers and greets everyone with a warm and friendly smile. The restaurant is very clean and spacious. The bathrooms were both clean. Our food was prepared without issue. The restaurant was rather busy for a Friday afternoon. We had no complaints or issues. The four for $4 is quite a deal. I am not sure if I just have good luck with this Wendy's but I love it. Sure it can be a bit slow but if I ever see the drive up line long I go inside. I have a lactose issue so I alway let them know to leave the cheese off and they always do. I guess I understand if a place is busy it might take a minute to get food. I rarely ever go for this reason, we came here tonight because the kids wanted friaries, every person I had a major attitude. I used to work at this wendys i quit due to the horrible management and thought i would tell everyone what happens behind the scenes there as you know the building is horribly disgusting but what you don't know is the reason why you have to wait 15-20 min to get your order taken is because mangers tell the staff not to take orders because they are tired like wtf makes no sense considering the fact the mangers do nothing besides belittle the employees and sit in the back. every customer that comes in the dinning room is constantly insulted in the back some of the most foul things are said about them. recently a 16 year old employee was fired because he didnt stay until 12am keep in mind anyone under 18 CANT stay that long unless a wavier is signed (which it was not) he was only supposed to stay until 8pm. the burgers that you "enjoy" are cooked on a unclean grill i remember a time we had dropped a plastic bag on the grill and a manger said it adds flavor don't clean it. i was in total disgust. not to mention the mangers there bully a special needs kid behind his back 24/7 making him do everything that nobody else wants to do its horrible. oh and those gross bathrooms are like that cause we were told to NOT clean them! "if they are going to dirty them up then they can stay like that" i heard those words from sam that either is or was a manger there. If I could give zero stars, I would. Unbelievable. Just went through and got a simple Dave's Single meal requesting two things off the burger and both were left on, it was so uncooked the cheese wasn't even melted and the fries are so hard/old they can't be eaten. They didn't give us an entire meal, made the only drinks they did give us wrong and left out the frosty we ordered & of course paid for. this Wendy's is horrible! i had cold fries and they had no drink options! the Customer service is horrible and i had to wait 10 minutes for my food and I had to wait 5 minutes because my fries and food was cold! this place is outrageously disgusting! the tables were not wiped down and there where bugs! the lady taking orders had an airpod in and there where THREE employees that were just talking in the back! the bacon was burnt on my sandwiches aswell! this place is disgusting and should be cleaned, get better employees, and better food! this place is a disgrace to Wendy's.
