We had come here at around 1:30 pm on a Friday afternoon. The place wasn't too busy at the time…read morehowever, there was a large party of about 15 people at the table behind us; it looked to be some sort of a work function. We were seated on the second level in a booth, which had the large window opened all of the way. There were three children and two adults in our party therefore, we were given both children and adult menus to order from. My son settled on the chicken fingers with fries, while my daughter chose the hamburger with fries. I decided on the avocado dip with nachos, although the dip wasn't really a dip, as it was chunkier than I had liked. The food took about 15 minutes to arrive, which wasn't too long however, the kids were a tad restless having to wait. Both of my children's dishes had a large amount of fries, with only a small amount of chicken strips and hamburger. My avocado dip had an overflow of nachos, yet not a lot of avocado. It also had too much onion, which made the dish taste strong. The service was good throughout our entire stay, with the server checking on us periodically to make sure that we were okay. The food was mediocre, and definitely not worth the price that we had paid. Overall, would most likely not return to this restaurant. To be honest, we only dined here as it was the closest to the movie theatre that we were at therefore, it wasn't our first choice initially.

My go to spot traveling from Buffalo to Toronto. We were greeted with a great server upon arrival,…read morealthough it was later in the evening 8:15pm, we still had time to grub down some amazing food. I ordered the Burger medium well with fries and a side of poutine. Wow! This might be the best Hamburger I've ever had and as a chubby dude I ate my share of burgers in my 47 years on this rock. The burger was similar to a Whopper and a Big Mac in one. Exceptional. Now on to the poutine. This was exceptional as well, the gravy in Canada is something sent from the heavens and this didn't disappoint. 5/5, 10/10 anyway you scale it this place was an amazing place.

Stopped by for lunch on our way to Niagara Falls. We chose to sit at the bar instead of at a table…read morebecause even though there was a sign saying to wait to be seated, no one came and greeted us. Service was honestly pretty bad. The lady serving us was rude and I understand she may be the only one manning the tables, but it honestly was not too busy since only 4 tables taken and it was not peak hours, but the tone she kept using with us to "give her a second" was not pleasant. We ordered a BBQ chicken chop salad, the original hamont burger with fries, and two beers. Food took a while to come out. Salad was really fresh but I didn't know it came with beans, which I'm not a fan of. Burger was honestly a bit too salty and dry for me. I also tried asking for ranch for my fries but was told it's an additional $2CAD?! That's pretty expensive for someone from SoCal since sauce is usually free or at most 25 cents in LA. Parking was convenient because we were lucky and found metered parking right iufside

True Rating: 3.7/5…read more Came here for the first time tonight and completely forgot to try the burger. i ordered the chicken souvlaki on a pita. The chicken souvlaki pieces were big, generous and fresh. They didn't precook it and kept it warm in a warm plate which is a big plus and bonus points. There wasn't much flavor to it though. So i was a little disappointed since i had grown up on the Danforth. The lettuce, tomato and onion were fresh though the tomato is tasteless especially this time of the year. Lastly, i wasn't very impressed with the tzatziki sauce either. The pita was fresh and grilled nicely. Overall it was a pretty good sandwich. Bf had the banquet burger combo with a small fries and a can of soda. The burger was also freshly cooked on a grill and was a good sized patty. They had about 12 ingredients you could add to customize your burger. Out of the 12 there were about 6 different sauces and 6 kinds of toppings to choose from. It was awesome they had canned Pepsi products including Pepsi Zero. The fries weren't salted but were fresh, non greasy and a good thickness. The cashier was polite and nice, and the 2 cooks in the kitchen seem that way also. The restaurant eating area appeared to be clean and kept that way regularly. The restaurant didn't smell like it was greasy or smoky which makes it a good atmosphere. No music to listen to though. i think it's a cash and or debit only establishment. Overall, i was pretty happy with supper tonight and will have to come back to try their hamburger combo.
