We sat in the drive thru for three to four minutes waiting for some to acknowledge we we there. Finally went around and parked to go inside. Registers are closed so we ordered through the kiosk. Husband needed a receipt to turn in for work and we didn't receive it. Went back into get a print out and they were pretty flippant in their attitude about the whole thing. Always drive from cottonwood and normally the food is amazing, today was a different story, found a long red hair wrapped around the tomato and Mayo in my burger, shit happens ok go back the drive thru guy had an i don't care attitude but they have me a new one, this one was cold bun was kind of hard and there was a piece of plastic in it. I now have a very painful food poisoning after eating a Jr Bacon hamburger here. First I ordered in drive thru because I had a sleeping child in the car. Then I had to go back thru and get it corrected. I'm sure I mentioned no cheese when I ordered and said I had an allergy the first time thru. Still got order wrong?!? Got another burger and they wanted me to pay for the replacement burger of the wronged order. That was nuts but now this painful food poisoning to keep on giving. read more

i wish i could leave zero stars, after 5 minutes at the kiosk placing our order the machine crashed so we waited in line for 5 minutes, for not one but 4 employees passed us and didn't say a word so we went back to the kiosk where after an employee was more than happy to help a white man at the register. after getting back in line to order after ten minutes; we also made customizations on our burgers and none of those were done. manager said homegirls were doing an amazing job, i beg to differ. . worst wendy's ive ever been too.... and it's wendy's. read more

terrible drive thru. ordered apple pecan salad. my favorite. from previous experience i pulled forward and checked the bag. no salad dressing. got out of my car...and it waSs raining and went back to the window and asked for dressing. employee yelled at me!! told me she gave me dressing!! i put my hand out...she still yelled at me......told her i would not pull over, get out of my car in the rain if she gave it to me. when i got home i checked again.....no she did not put dressing in my bag. i called wendy,s to tell them...with this salad the pecan are often missing.......i waited 7.5 mins. for my call to customer service to be answered...yes that added to my anger. theni was told if i wanted a coupon i would need to mobile app....so mi got the app. did i get a coupon......heck NO!! there is more to the story...not good...and i am tired of wasting my time on wendy's in camp verde...i doubt this employee will ever hear of any of this. well this is cute i can not post this without joining YELP...no thanx! read more

It was a great experience. My fiancee and I were traveling from Prescott to Flagstaff and we stop here to eat. As soon as we walked in the employees were very friendly and welcoming. He order a Baconator combo and I ordered their new BBQ Ranch chicken salad. The food came quickly and was hot and fresh. We were very pleased and would visit here again. read more

Wow. As I begin to exit on 17 South, I am distracted. I gasp. Is that a Native American reservation before my very eyes? Driving closer, I'm able to see this is an Arizonian iteration of my favorite quick service diner, Wendy's. The pueblo walls! The arched windows! Someone stop me! I pulled up quickly and ordered my favorite double baconator. A young, native of Arizona happily served my meal. I sat in the soft seats sipping my soda and eating my fries. However, what many people don't realize, is that this Wendy's gives you more than food - it gives you an authentic immersion into our country's Native American past, and that is priceless. 10/10 stars. The other day I ate here and there was a young lady who was extremely rude to me I remember her specifically because she has some sort of speech problem. Her attitude from top to bottom was just absolutely terrible. They forgot some of my food and when I very politely asked for it she just shrugged her shoulders. She seemed to be too busy horsing around with her coworkers to care about anything. Food was wrong, the place with FILTHY, and the employees just don't care. People like that should not be working in service. It's despicable that that kind of behavior is tolerated. Wheres the management in this place? read more

During the day the food is usually good. Good luck at night the drive through can take a half hour, tonight it was fifteen minutes and there was only one car ahead of mine. The staff at night seem to have a lot of trouble figuring out how to make a salad on the menu and it's a 50/50 chance you won't get the salad dressing or pecans for the apple pecan chicken salad. Half the dressing and no pecans tonight for two salads and one plastic fork. read more
