I personally had no issues with our order. But my buddy who ordered chili didn't get any spoon to go with it see beautiful attached pictures. Multiple maneuvers were attempted including the sippy cup, using a 99¢ chicken nugget container, and finally the successful bending of the salad top to successfully deliver chili to the oral cavity. Issues with the sippy cup was that it really was too hot to drink by itself. The decision was made to attempt making a spoon. Next we tried the chicken nugget container. The benefits: able to blow on the chili so it doesn't burn the mouth. Issues: it got soggy and broke too early! Finally we had success with the mini salad container. It had no issues other that it was difficult to make, and it was a bit too large for comfortable chili delivery. It was a thrilling spectacle, and thus +1 star. My suggestion for the future though is to include utensils. In the interest in time, I'll just mention that it also was very entertaining to watch him eat salad with his fingers and take little sips of Caesar dressing. Thank you Wendy's! read more

Went in to get food before an event at my high school. Went with my partners mom and younger brother to get food. I ordered a baconatoir with only bacon and lettuce. I received cheese on it. I had to request five times for it to be fixed till the manger fixed it. The service was nice it even said on the receipt only bacon and lettuce. This is by far the worst place in canon for customer service. They are super rude and hateful. They try to tell you what you ordered instead of listening to the customer . My daughter and I went through the drive-through I asked for a 15 piece spicy buffalo nugget not knowing that they only had 10 piece and 20 piece so I told the lady then just give me a 20 piece please. my daughter was sitting right there as my witness ,so I got all the way home 25 minutes away, and found that they only gave me a 10 piece. I called in good faith to try to talk to somebody and let them know that this was incorrect to see if they can help me make it right. Went thru drive thru. Had to pay for seperate orders because they rang them up seperately. This place is a hot mess!! Got home which is only down the street..fries cold in the center and floppy. Hamburgers were super old the cheese was crusted hard at the edge. Between the sandwiches that had bacon we had one piece of bacon total. The fat and rude manager has obviously never made a salad. The salad came without dressing and the lettuce was disgusting. After going back to Wendys, the manager was extremely rude. She treated us like we were there to take advantage of her. She refused to refund our money (the person the salad was for had to be back at work already) and made a big deal about having to see the salad for herself. Waited in line for eight minutes to order and finally get to the counter and the clerk leaves to deliver orders at counter. Waited six more minutes for clerk to return and finally left after two people that had received their orders came back to request a correction on their orders. Plenty of staff on duty, but not many actually working. I don't normally criticize a food establishment, but this one is so bad no one should ever stop there and the owner should not have the franchise. 3 problems encountered in a simple order! Both staff members seemed uncaring. Did not receive one drink; had to wait in line and ask for it. Fries were cold as ice, because staff member put them out on a tray immediately after we ordered. They sat forever cooling off while we waited for the rest of the order to be prepared, which was an eternity. Then they said that the fish sandwich was wasn't ready yet and that they would bring it out. They never did. My wife was done with her food before I received mine. I went up and told them that I wanted my money back and would not wait any longer. They gave me my money back, but not the tax!! Both of the staff members behind the counter could have cared less and didn't even apologize. We left and went next door to Sonic where I received prompt, friendly and accurate service. I was in this Wendy's on March 28th, 2018. The clerk who waited on me was less than friendly. The hamburger bun fell apart. The french fries were not fresh. The soda machines didn't work properly, one didn't have ice and hasn't the last couple of times I've been there. Also, I tried one machine and the diet coke had no flavor. I told the same clerk about it and she said then try the other machine! The other machine had the same problem. I thought she might get upset if I said anything! OMG!!! Do not eat there. I moved to Canon City a few months ago and have gone there a few times because I like Wendy's food. First time saw an older woman use a dishrag to clean an area of the kitchen then start scooping up fries without washing hands or using gloves - nasty...! Next time went in for a frosty and saw prep people not using gloves and the one that did went out the kitchen access door and out the entry doors to talk to friends outside, then came in and went back in the kitchen and started making food - never changing gloves or washing hands..... This last time was it for me. Took my son in on a gamble to Wendy's because he also likes the food . While waiting for a manager to clear up a register issue with the previous customer I watched one manager come up from the back and touch the cashier screen to no effect so another manager, an older lady with red hair, walked up from the food prep line with no gloves on and entered her code on the screen a few times, wiped her hands on her pants, and went back to making somebody's salad without even blinking an eye. About that time the cashier asked me for my order... I told her what I saw and how gross that was and we left. I will not go back. That cashier screen is probably the biggest source of contamination in that store and absolutely no thought went into the safety or health of the people they are serving. read more
