A newer style, Wendy's. Staffed by adults. I clean and well-maintained restaurant. I had a Dave's triple. It was hot fresh and certainly look like any picture that you would see on the menu, it came out perfectly. we work graveyard shift so sometimes we would try to get sandwiches around 10:15 PM, 90% of the time the buns, for some reason are dried out like they have been toasted and sitting out and we get burgers that are not hot and sometimes dehydrated or they seem like they were reheated in the microwave. Thought I would give this Wendy's one more chance after our last terrible visit. Ordered online and picked it up, missing several of our items and some items we didn't even order came in our bag, no sauces we requested came with the order. A friend of mine also ordered several baked potatoes in his order, he checked his order to find they weren't in the bag and then was told they were out of potatoes but failed to even say anything to him or adjust his bill. This is THE WORST service I have ever had we ordered over $70 of food and everything was wrong with it the burgers were over cooked the fries literally had one piece of cheese on it we were missing nuggets we didn't get any sauces then when we called they refused to replace our order cause the manager didn't want to she was rude and her tone changed as soon as she found out I was calling about an order this is the second time this Wendy's has messed up our order I've seen better service at a McDonald's I hope people don't waste their with this place. read more

Drive thru service at 9 PM was slow, despite no line. The Wendy's 4 for $4 is great--especially when you get everything! We were shorted chicken nuggets, which ticked off an already angst-filled teenager! The nuggets are tasty--maybe someone snuck some of ours. The deluxe cheeseburgers were fine. We enjoyed the fries, especially since sea salt adorns them! The kids meal hamburger was room temperature and tasteless. The Honest green tea was--honestly--lacking in flavor/watered down. The lighting to get to the drive thru is poor, a safety concern. I like Wendy's and this location. I would like to return. I hope managers consider my comments as room for improvement. read more

They don't understand what FAST FOOD MEANS!!! The manager Penny was so busy trying to micro manage everyone that she didn't bother to take any orders for 18 minutes. There were several of us waiting to even place our orders. But instead she was filling orders that came in on the kiosks. They when I said something about it she started with an attitude. Mind you that she sent home several people even though they were extra busy because a bus showed up.. So wouldn't it make sense to have them stay an extra 10 to 30 minutes to clear the orders?? Then she decided to put up signs that said " no cashier available no cash orders use kiosks only" so instead of keeping some people over we don't take any cash orders?? Then to add to her pettiness she decided to use a derogatory name on my ticket. She was supposed to be the manager and lead by example... but not her. So I really doubt I would ever come back here to eat. Plenty of other restaurants in the area that would like to have customers.. and to add to everything this place was so dirty!! None of the tables were clean. The trash was full. And the drink station was a huge mess... even the counter was dirty. read more

Ever sense they pushed the original owners out the food has dropped in quality. Ordered a bacon cheese burger, and it looks like someone stomped on it before wrapping it. The bake potato is gross , cheese clumpy, and smoked mushrooms taste like pieces of hard rubber. Stuck here on a job, and really have no other option but eat a second night at Wendy's. I decided to go for the chili and, swirled my spoon around the brown mucky liquid. When did Wendy's chili become like soup?? Their fries changed into something limp and greasy. This Wendy's was recently renovated and it really created a great atmosphere that was lacking in this location before. You'll find everything you'd expect at a Wendy's here, but the cosmetic difference almost impacted the quality of the employees - like they're happy to work here! The drive thru and parking are a little tight, but otherwise it's everything you could want from slightly pricier fast food. It's classier than other fast food locations in town - highly recommended for anyone looking for a tasty lunch or dinner! read more

Honestly, this is one of the better places in Carlisle. The order has been right every time. Food has been great. The one problem is the wait at the drive-thru. If you need to be in and out just skip this place because we've waited 45 mins to receive food. we go kinda late cause my husband doesn't get home until 10:30 pm. We did notice a few times that the vehicle in front would get tons of food. (we could view the order placed before us on the screen) The last time we visited the drive-thru we did get an explanation ... Dickenson kids will go and get for a dorm. I know that this Wendy's isn't the best, but it is great if you are just passing through or you just want a quick snack. I don't remember her name, but the cashier was very respectful and recommended the cheaper offer. But I didn't say it was 5 stars...you can have great employees and a nice location, but what makes a restaurant a restaurant is the food, and the food here just didn't taste like Wendy's. I love Wendy's and can eat there every day. I order BBQ Salad and unsweetened tea most of the time. But the Carlisle Wendy's is bad. My salad had rotten lettuce and very little chicken. This is not the 1st bad experience here my tea was bad the last time. It's also grubby inside. Fire the management and clean the place up. Maybe upgrade the place too. read more

EVERY time I go there the staff make rude comments as well as cuss while taking your order I mean I cuss but you're at work man . For example , I went into the lobby tonight to order a meal along with a honest green tea ... the lady explained to me that there wasn't much left and that there was probably enough for a small which I was okay with . As the other girl in the back went to fill it a man in the back with her goes " aren't we supposed to be getting rid of the green tea ?" The girl goes " yeah thank god!" .. I said " well if it's such an issue that I ordered that flavor you can switch it to a different one " .. like sorry that it's so hard for you to push a cup against a damn nozzle your job is so hard . I also heard them complaining about putting shredded cheese on my chili like big deal . At least wait for the customer to leave to complain about the dumbest things . He even complained about the half harvest salad that I ordered . I'd like to see him work somewhere else for a day I don't think he'd last. This place has lost all stars for me if I didn't have to at least rate a 1 it would be a none . They can't even get the fries right let alone make sure the soda flavors are filled half the time . What a horrible experience... they are always sooo slow. Today we were only the 7th car in line but still waited over 15 minutes. Food was shoved at us without a word. We left and I looked in the bag to realize my burger had NO BUN!! We turned around and went back but by then over 20 cars were in line (line was out to the street) Inside is currently closed. I called in and a very rude person on the phone answered. I explained what happened and she yelled at me that it was ordered that way. I said no, I didn't ask for no bun but she wanted to tell and argue. She made the smart comment to bring it back and they will remake it the way I really want it instead of how I ordered it. I said how long the line was and asked if someone could run it out. She laughed and said no, I could wait in line like everyone else! I said how by then everyone else's food would be cold and she again started laughing and said she " 'ain't' givin me no free food!" ...
