Burger was good, although mine might have been a tad overdone as there was really no gooey-cheese as pictured - was more stuck to the plate....tasted good tho'. Service was good although no one offered refills ...weren't looking for any so that's ok. Vibe is still Applebee's '90s-'00s which is ok by me - definitely knew where I was! ;) Kind of a time-capsule for me ...good to come and reminisce! read more

Our waitress, Kenzie, used vulgar and unprofessional language about our group, saying "those f--ing girls are still over there bitching" while our backs were turned as we were verifying an incorrect charge on the check. She also pressured us to leave a five-star Google review for a competition she was participating in with coworkers before we paid. At the time, we had already left her a 20% tip before overhearing her comments. This behavior should be addressed and retraining is recommended. read more

Just had the Bourbon Street Sirloin, with garlic mashed potatoes. Steak was a reasonable size and cut easily with a steak knife. If you want medium ask for medium rare as steak is cooked and served on a skillet. There was supposed to be "jazzed up with Cajun spices buttery garlic. I could not tase any Cajun spices. The garlic mash portion was fine, but lacked salt and pepper. Everything needs seasoning. Service was good and prompt, $20 for a 8 oz steak is reasonable. Happy hour drinks 3 - 5 Pm. read more

We came today for my husband birthday. He loves wings so we took advantage of the all you can eat wing special for $12.99. The special comes with fries and coleslaw. First off the service was terrible I know it's Valentine's Day but they should have prepared for that. Secondly the number I was told to call to receive my food at curbside would not work, so I made my way inside and what do I hear, the phone ringing repeatedly without anyone answering it. When I said I was there to pick up my food they said ok and then walked off. 10 minutes later I finally receive my food, but when I get back to the car and look at it I did not get my drink like I ordered but what did I receive spinach dip and queso that I did not order. After driving 16 hours family wanted food other than fast food. So we ordered from Applebees. Grubhub delivered to the hotel on time. Ready to eat and head to bed. No utensils. No napkins. No condiments for fries. Difficult to eat a pasta dish with sauce with your fingers. Called manager. Not bad. Not special. I ordered an irresist-a-bowl. It certainly wasn't irresistible but it was solid. What it lacked in seasoning it mostly made up in variety with guacamole, rice, tortilla chips, beans and steak. It also is fairly low calories for those out there trying to burn off their covid 19 lbs. I also appreciated their fairly fast meal preparation time. I'll order from there again because while Applebee's isn't anything to write home about, it is consistent in its fast casual experience. And that is certainly worth something! read more

Applebee's used to be a great place to sit down with the family. They are slowly closing. Service hasn't been good every time I go there. You usually have to ask for a drink or they forget to bring something out that you asked for. By the time they come back, it's been 15 minutes, so you just eat it without what ya needed. Not sure why, but every time I asked for a hamburger for my kid. They bring us a cheeseburger. If it wasn't for the kids, I never eat there anymore. The lunch specials are perfect in portion size, quality, and price. I enjoyed fresh, crispy caesar salad with croutons, shaved parmesan, and delicious dressing. Accompanying my salad was a piping hot bowl of tomato basil soup. A perfect meal for under $8.00! Loved it! For the minimal number of diners at the 2 o'clock hour, getting a (non-alcoholic) beverage was a bit slow. Our server, Kim, did a great job with our food orders. There appeared to be some discussion among waitstaff, making me think someone was in training. If not, a smoother reception at the beginning could have improved our initial impression. Seems this place never gets any better. Been sitting for over half an hour waiting on tacos and shrimp. Waitress took my order and started to walk away....my husband had to call her back and ask if he could order too. Don't know why we come back here....this may be the last. I dined at Applebee's last week. The hamburger was burned to a crisp. I strongly suspect that it was precooked, perhaps even a leftover from the night before. The burger was like burned shoe leather, left over and smoothered in an unusual strange tasting salt. It was vomit provoking. The fries also were absurdly coated in a special Applebee's salt concoction. Just awful! Lovely , kind server got me new unsalted fries. They were fine. I'd prefer to salt my own food. read more

I was actually impressed by this Applebee's I've eaten at Applebee's quite a bit in New York and out-of-state. When we arrived it was dinner time the place was packed surprisingly there wasn't a wait. We Gotter see in our waitress was very nice. I ordered a large beer. Our waitress was very tentative. Food wise every time I go to Applebee's it seems like they change something on their menu. The only issue I have is that they are usually so much on the menu it's very difficult to choose. So I just ordered. I started off with a chicken tortilla soup which was very good. For my main course I ordered One of their new cheeseburgers. The burger was cook very well and I like how they find it down on the grill nice and thin with a good crust. I really did enjoy my burger and I would definitely order another one the next time I'm at an Applebee's. Overall this is a good Apple our waitress was very attentive. We just walked out of Applebees for the second time in 2 weeks. We won't be back. The first time we waited to be seated for 3 minutes while staff, including the manager huddled at the back chatting. Last night we tried again. This time were seated in a reasonable time but weren't given menus. We sat at a booth for several minutes with no menus and no acknowledgement of our presence. Under 400 Calories the Pepper Crusted Sirloin seemed like a great choice for a Mid-afternoon late lunch. The steak wasn't bad a little smaller than I expected but not bad and the grains were done good but the rice Pilaf was a bit firm,almost crunchy. The Flavor was good. Our Waitress did an excellent job and checked back on needs often. My Wife had a Fried Chicken Tenders over a salad portion was more than ample but more lettuce than needed I personally think a few extra cherry tomas some onions and radishes or carrot shaving would make a better salad but it's what you get for your money! Staff are always polite and hardworking. Very understaffed but those there are doing their best. The waitress accidentally spilled my drink on me and her and the hostess both got a ton of towels to help clean up. The poor hostess was running around between the front of house, bussing tables, and drying me off. Our waitress had a whole half of the restaurant to serve. Used yelp comb with Grubhub to order online to pick up. Yelp and Grubhub worked fine and Applebees got the order. But Applebees fulfilled it incorrectly and we received waffle fries instead of a grilled chicken sandwich. Only found out after I got home. Not to mention order took half an hour longer that promised. Not the first time that Applebees in general has shown zero interest in getting order correct or in having ready in the time window promised. Kudos to Grubhub for refunding our money. I've been coming here intermittently since the restaurant opened. However no more. Due to the COVID19 situation, all orders were either pickup or delivery. First issue is the lack of communication on where to park when picking up. Second one was receiving someone else's order and being charged for it. Finally it took a manager to post credit for the wrong order and print out a receipt. And the final straw was the deliberate attempt to make me pay for my already prepaid order. Needless to say when everything was straightened out, my food was late and cold. read more

Our server was slow as molasses and inattentive. Everything took forever, and I mean everything. It was more than 10 minutes til someone even came to get our drink orders. Another 15 for water, and 10 for drinks from the bar. At least another 25 until we saw meals. That's when our server disappeared. I wish I could remember her name, because I would definitely say to avoid her section. Didn't introduce herself or welcome us to the table. Was polite enough, but provided the bare minimum as far as service and conversation go. We won't be back. It was far from being the busy rush hour, and the place wasn't that crowded.
