Mayo....everywhere. Whhhyyyyy?????
Jo B.

Second time they have made our order wrong when we've pre-ordered online for pick-up. This time it was a bacon double cheeseburger combo that does not come with mayo - and they added mayo, on both sides of the bun. For someone who despises mayo, this was disgusting and made the meal inedible. Driving 20 minutes back to the restaurant while the rest of the family ate their meal was even less appealing than the mayo slathered burger. Complete waste of money for a combo meal that could not be eaten. Moral of this story - check every item in your order before you drive away. Every time. Or better yet, skip Hardee's all together.

I don't know about other locations or this fast food chain in general, but I've had nothing but positive experience at this location and I strongly prefer it over McDonald's, Burger King, Wendy's, and the like. We first found this fast food joint after a hike at the nearby US Army Heritage Trails. We now try to find excuses to stop by whenever we pass by the area. The decor is modern, sporting a refreshing red and platinum color scheme. The place feels neat and clean; I believe it's still less than 2 years old. After you pay for your order, you're given a placard which you place on your table and they'd bring your food over when ready, just like Noodles & Co. That's nothing much but still a nice touch for fast food. Their beef patties are supposedly Angus beef, not quite as good as Five Guys, but a lot better than others. The cheeses they use don't seem stodgy like McDonald's or Wendy's. Pricing is on par. They do observe happy hours between 2 and 5 pm where you can have a double charbroiled Angus slider for only $1.25. Talk about god-sent afternoon snacks! Maybe I am just tired of the usual burger chains, but for now I remain a fan of Hardee's.

Untoasted

Buns weren't toasted on frisco burger my burger was more lettuce than burger and roast beef tasted gross

Dry ,burned Hand-Breaded Chicken Biscuit

I just don't understand how i ordered online for a drive -thru pick up and still end up waiting 12 minutes.. Doesn't that defeat the purpose? Not to mention when I finally get my food and rushed back to work my chicken in my biscuit looks like it was cooked yesterday.. as old and dry as it was. Im so disappointed.

My no1 burger was skimpy on the meat. And not hot enough. Very thin. The fries were really good.

Service speed has been average for a fast food venue, but the food is really good - I'm a fan of their Mushroom & Swiss burger.

Somehow I've managed to not go to any Red Robin until last year. As the Carlisle one is closest to…read moreus, that's the one we visited first. Our meal was very good and I remember our server being super friendly and the vanilla Dr. Pepper being ice cold, sweet (but not too sweet), delicious, and our food was great. We had a mix-up with our burgers and it didn't occur to us until Jenni said that she thought her burger was supposed to have onion straws on it and I said that mine did. Then she said her burger had more of a kick to it than she expected and I complained that my burger was kind of mild tasting -- then we realized what had happened. Our server and the manager made this right, quickly, and we had a very nice meal out. I remember our server also offered us to-go cups which seemed thoughtful and also kind of gluttonous but we enjoyed our beverages on the way home. Since that first experience, we visited another Red Robin and had a not-good experience. We revisited the one in Carlisle this evening and were pleased with everything: we were sat quickly, our beverages were good, and our food came out reasonably quickly. Our fries were a might too seasoned but we got an extra order of unseasoned and they were great. The store is close to us and different than other restaurants we usually visit so I'm sure we'll be headed back in the future.

Five stars as a thank you for the free cheeseburger on Veteran's Day, we all appreciate it!read more

The FHCBR if you will, had a pepper next to it on the menu I assumed that means spicy so I asked the guy if it was spicy to which he replied "it's not that spicy" so I had an image in my head of a piss poor mild hum, to which I say the counter-man's description did not do the "not too spicy justice". Now this was not a flaming hot hurt your mouth kinda spice but it was a leave some heat lingering great flavor kind of spice, and I've got to add idd consider myself to have a pretty high heat tolerance so idd probably think most normal people are probably gonna think this thing is actually pretty spicy. So I gotta ask, since when are there spicy subs? Like not just sweet peppers, pepper relish or jalops I mean since when do they slather a bad boy down with some capsaicin infused chipotle mayo? My brain doesn't logically go to subs should be spicy, but apparently the chefs over at the Fire Company thought it did and let me tell you I commend them for that. They gave me something I didn't know I needed Fire fighters are supposed to put fires out not start fires and let me tell you Firehouse Subs lit a fire in my mouth and my heart today. Run for the Border…read more.. I have no ideas if they are still using that tag line but Taco Bell is one of those places that once in a blue moon, you just crave. In my case, I was rolling back into the area late and just needed something to eat without having to interact with people - so I hit the drive through at this location. I believe everyone knows what Taco Bell sells: An Americanized version of what some corporate people believe is Mexican food. This isn't even close but it definitely hits the high notes to satisfy your cravings. Folks working the drive through the night I rolled through were fine - no issue whatsoever with ordering or what I received. Ate back at the hotel and food was still nice and hot- so overall fine enough experience with a fast-food place. Worked for me- could work for you. Park and eat there or drive through

I swap for black beans, you put black beans. I ask for sauces, you give me a butt ton. The nicest person ever was working drive thru tonight and they even had a cast. Hard worker! The toppings were especially fresh tonight and this is the only fast food I can eat without getting a tummyache. I really should be reviewing every time I eat at TB. Consider this the beginning of many more to come! Thank you TB CREW!
