I picked up and order of wings and fries to go on a snowy day. One thing about the town of Carlisle is that there are not a lot of restaurants open on Sundays and Mondays. So I was glad this place was open on a Monday (a snow day on top of it). When I walked in I was immediately greeted and quickly picked up my order. I enjoyed the wings overall, just wish there was more sauce on the wings, especially given the restaurants name. The fries were pretty standard, perhaps wish they had more Cajun seasoning. The pricing is pretty good and a couple of minor tweaks that I can probably specify to make my order better. I'll be back for more wings. read more

First time checking out this restaurant. BYOB which is nice. I waited quite a while for my food but they did have a bunch of to go orders going out. The wings had a good flavor, though small. Overall I wasn't happy with the food. It was obvious that they used all frozen vegetables and bagged chicken fajita pieces for the bowl. I was looking to fresh vegetables and chicken, I tried it but didn't end up eating it. Maybe I'll give it another try eventually. read more

Waitress was very nice. They had a drink menu but we were informed that they had none of the beer listed. The heat was not working so we were freezing. The back of the chair I was sitting in was barely hanging on and bent even more til I just switched to a different chair. Kinda ghetto...the cider was good. Cheesesteak was really good, it felt more like a chopped cheese the way the meat was chopped, but tasty nevertheless. Super friendly staff and even a small dining area. I'll have to try the wings next time as they had a big variety of sauces and were sold at only 50 cents a piece. read more

I was craving for some wings. Saw that they had. 50 wings everyday so I gave them a try. Got 2 "Cheesesteaks" with no steak. These would be considered a chopped cheese since they used GROUND BEEF instead of sliced steak. Wings were small and dry. Barely any sauce on them. Such a disappointment! The place is a hole in the wall with mismatched, broken tables and chairs. Half the online menu is not available when you get to the restaurant, no wings even (which they claim is their selling point). Canned sodas poured into cups. Food was gross and cold by the time we got it (even though we were the only customers there). Waitress was nice enough but everything just seemed very unkept and dilapidated. For this being a "newer" restaurant, the owner(s) did absolutely NOTHING to make it their own or present a fresh restaurant. The online website is EXTREMELY deceiving. They definitely have A LOT of improving if they have a chance in hell of staying open for any period of time. Oh and FYI - your bill is cheaper if you pay cash! I've been interested in Sauced for awhile but haven't visited until recently. I told the fam it's where I'd like to go for my birthday. The food is pretty good. However, the service during our visit was terrible. The place wasn't busy but it took an hour to receive our food. No exaggeration, I used life 360 to confirm when we arrived. An hour after we ordered before we even received our fries. Really??? But this is a wing place and I love wings. The jumbo were priced well but I honestly preferred the smaller wings. I also preferred the dry rubs to the sauce. The sauced wings were not crispy. I'd probably go back, but I can't get past the service. We did get a couple of lackluster apologies after about 45 minutes of waiting but it just isn't worth it to have to wait that long. You can get better wings and MUCH better service down the street at North Hanover Grill. Actually, you can get better wings at the G-man. Lastly, the ambiance sucks. This is still Grand Illusions. They can't even bother to take down the magic signs, let along slap a coat of paint on the walls? It needs it badly... read more

Ordered online and arrived about 30 minutes after order. Place was not busy. I asked about my order and they seemed confused but said they would check. 10 minutes later they started asking what I ordered. After another 10 minutes they came out and said they were waiting for my wings to cook. 15 minutes later they came out and said it would be another 15 minutes. Finally the order arrived. I got home and they forgot my fries and gave me enough sauce for a couple wings instead of the 42 wings I ordered (sauce on the side). Wings were undercooked. I won't go back and recommend avoiding this place. read more

The wings are very good, but they are small.. more like a little appetizer. But really, they are only .50/wing so just order some extra. The sauces are delicious, the hot was very flavorful & seasoned. All of the food was steaming hot when it arrived, impressive. One of our boxes of wings was forgotten when door dash delivered our order but from what I gathered, the girl who works there ran us our last container of wings herself. I saw this place and saw the ratings weren't great, then I saw the word "hoagie". My family is from the Philly area and living out here for 5 years now I've realized one thing, food out this way is different. I gave it a try, the prices were cheap so my expectations were low. I got wings, which were okay, nothing to brag about, but not bad. Then I had to get a hoagie. I tried it and I have to say it's a solid hoagie, if I'm in the mood for a hoagie I will continue to go here to get them. My friend and I decided to try Sauced on 9/27/25 for the first time. I felt I needed to give an honest review. Our experience unfortunately was not a good one. Our waitress didn't seem like she wanted to be there. We ordered the surf and turf fries. They were supposed to have shrimp on them. Not 1 pc of shrimp was found. Fries were soggy like they sat around for a while. My smash burger was smaller than the bun it was in. My friend ordered the breaded cauliflower wings. The waitress didn't tell her they were out of cauliflower until 25 minutes later when she brought out the fries and my burger. Our drinks (lemonade) was warm. We asked for more ice and watched our waitress proceed to take care of other customers and never bring the ice until we had to ask again 10 minutes later. This also happened again when we asked for the check. We also watched other groups of people come in and sit down and then proceed to leave because no one was taking care of them. In the amount of time we were there, we saw at least 20 people get up and leave because there was no service. The food and the service was not good at all. I hope they are able to improve or I don't see them lasting long. read more

If they are so disorganized on when they are open and closed, how organized are they on the food they prepare when they are open. You get what you pay for I guess. Cheap prices but in the same cheap food. Ordered the bbq and hot wings and well they were kinda gross and reminded me of the tyson frozen bagged wing kits. Ordered the quasadilla and just was not what i expected, did not meet expectations with taste or with ingredients (used pita bread over quesadilla and there was barely any cheese or the baja sauce i added) dont think ill be eating food from here again sadly read more

Just tried Sauced -Carlisle for the first time, after ten wings and an order of cheesesteak fries all I can say is I hope they stick around, the 5 alarm sauce is hands down the best tasting sauce I've ever had and by far the best in Carlisle, and for 50 cents a wing they're a great value, the owner is one of the coolest dudes I've met since we moved here and I look forward to going back, excited we finally have good wings in town. read more
