Just left Wendy's at 8:13 on 9/5//25. We are disabled seniors and were looking to pull into one of their two disabled spots when a car suddenly sped ahead to cut us off to park in front of doors. My husband parked alongside while I waited in car. The young woman waited till a young worker came out and they left. Within minutes another woman with a baby in car seat did same. Nope. Never again. My family and I had an Uber Eats pick up from this Wendy's 1-Oct-23. Of the three main items, one was correct but still awful. My daughter had a sandwich specially without tomato. The receipt showed it, but the sandwich still had, as you likely can guess, tomato. This is the lesser of my concerns, however. No, that was far from the worst. My wife ordered a Jr bacon cheeseburger. This sandwich had no customization request, but it was missing something. You're likely not seeing this one coming, but it was missing the meat. When I went in they weren't serving lunch yet which was fine. I was early. What I was not okay with was this homeless looking dude who spent five minutes trying to do up his pants in the middle of the register area. Try as he might he just couldn't get them to stay up while the girl behind her register looked on in dismay. He was still working on it when I left. The Wendy's on Thunderbird and i-17 has got to be the ABSOLUTE WORST WENDY'S I have ever eaten at. I don't know why I expect anything to be different at this place but I keep going back giving them another chance. Today, as most days, the order was wrong. When I took my burger back to the counter the employee had the audacity to argue with me about what I ordered. I had the receipt to show her she was wrong) Of the two fountain drink machines they had only one with ice. The one machine with the ice didn't have any drinks available so you had to go from one machine to the other. I don't know if the lines are dirty or what the problem was but the Coke tasted nothing like Coke. Both my husbands drink and mine lacked carbonation. When we mentioned this to the manager, she blamed it on a lack of ice in the machine. WHAT??!! The place is filthy. Tables and soda machines are sticky. Trash cans are overflowing. I asked the manager for the corporate number to Wendy's. She said sure. She walked back to the back of the kitchen and sat down, never to be seen again!! To-day my roomate wanted wendys so I went to this particular wendys and orders a double combo large size and a single for myself and it came out to 20.00 and some change and im thinking hmm we have a miscommunication some where. Came through the drive thru around 230pm. There was no line and I was helped right away. I ordered a jr bacon cheeseburger, crispy chicken sandwich, and a small coke. The total was under 4 bucks! This is what I normally order from Wendy's, so I'm excited to say that this was one of the better Wendy's! It was fast warm and fresh. Wow, this wendys location is disappointing. Used drive through to get lunch for several co-workers. It was earlier in the day, around 10:30 in the morning, and I was the only customer. Still, it took 15 minutes to get my order (3 baconator meals). When I got back to the shop, we found that the food was near cold and the fries containers each had about 10 fries in them. No exaggeration, if we combined all 3 orders of fries, we still wouldn't have a complete serving. All at $10 per meal. Every other wendys location I have been to in the past 10 years has been great, whether so-cal or Az. This location just plain sucks. read more

Wait in drive-thru was horrendous (approx. 25 mins), but the wait at the window was worse. When we finally received the order it just the drinks and salads, they forgot our sandwiches. We had to wait again for the rest of the order with a long line of cars behind us.
