I always considered Chick-fil-A as expensive. I'm in a stage in my life where I now treat myself to whatever the people I'm around want to experience. As a result, I always have opportunities to leave 5 star reviews. Our order was $30 for two people, the same as we'd pay for our favorite order from Casa Mora in Arizona City or Karavela's (I get quesabirria tacos from both). The difference is that CFA also included drinks for the price. There was an issue with my CFA order. I intentionally ordered the fried chicken jalapeño bacon ranch sandwich because I got healthy at home. I was given the grilled version. I took a bite to see if my taste buds approved the oversight. They vetoed the decision. I reported the incorrect order via the app and was immediately given a replacement reward. I also retuned the sandwich at the counter and was taken care of expeditiously. Kudos to the staff and the shift leader, Nicholas, if I remember correctly. There are many reasons people protest and boycott CFA. The service, food taste and quality are not included. I don't know if all areas have the same events, but I was excited about what the CG CFA has coming up. I'll be back next Saturday for their free breakfast sandwich. I hope you go sooner so that I don't have to wait (April 6-11). They also have a Mother Son event I would go to if my 21 yo lived closer. Oh yeah, the food is good too. It was one of the worst experience that we've had. The food is without a doubt no problem BUT the customer service is horrible. They have waitstaff who SKIPPED our table.. MACI went to the table behind us and infront of us but didnt even stop by to ask us if we are ok or if we are done etc. but she made it a point to go to two other tables and ask them if she can get their trays and if they needed anything. Let this be a reminder that CUSTOMER SERVICE GOES A LONG WAY. The way you made the the customer feel is one of the most remembered encounter! Even if we didnt need help. We hit the drive-thru, expecting it quick, But what we got felt more like a trick. They took our order, then asked us to wait, Pulled off to a spot while others moved straight. No update, no reason, no "thanks for the wait," Just sitting there stewing--it didn't feel great. Fifteen, then twenty--still stuck in our spot, While others drove off with meals fresh and hot. We are frequent customers at this Chick-fil-A, we are normally very happy with the service but on our last few visits there have been issues. Twice ordering Southwest salad and paying extra for bacon bits there were no bacon bits. We went for the new Smokehouse chicken and bacon sandwich, after ordering 2 they told us we have no bacon, my husband says is there some discount or compensation for that? The manager comes to the window and says we will send a free one to your rewards, ok with us. Never received the reward. read more

Stopped by today (10/7/2025) at 9am to grab some breakfast. I'm driving through headed to Houston. I thought I'd stop by and grab a bite to eat here after a 14 hour drive. The person at the register said it would be okay if we got something off the lunch meal. I ordered a normal sandwich with no pickles and my buddy ordered the spicy deluxe. The food came out and I can't even say that it was warm. It just had a gentle heat to it and that was it. Bread felt stale, soda was flat. The deluxe came out as a regular sandwich. When it was brought to their attention they just tossed some toppings on and handed it back, still cold mind you. I've never in my life been disappointed by chick fil a. Chicken was VERY dry as if it has been sitting and they just put it under a lamp to "warm " it up and then served to us. This is the first time. Definitely will make sure I don't stop here on my way back. read more

Since the pandemic prohibits seating in the dining room, I downloaded their app to place my order and avoid idling in the drive through. My husband was craving their chicken nuggets, and I've always loved their waffle fries. I also was intrigued by the new side crunchy Kale. Ordering was pretty easy. I like that they had an area for special instructions and options for choosing your sauces. I even liked that you identify your car and parking space number for easy curb-side delivery. So now, the disappointment part. We weren't terribly hungry, so we ordered a 15 count of the nuggets, and a large waffle fries to share. First, everything was stone cold when we got home. The fries container was only 1/2 full, and contained the palest, limpest fries I've ever seen. The chicken nuggets were the tiniest things we've ever seen - maybe a quarter pound total - and overcooked. The Kale side was interesting- a nice healthy option and tasty. I don't understand how this could have passed their QA check. I know next time to check the bag before driving away. I've been to dozens of other locations over the years, and have never been disappointed before. Really, they need to take the nuggets off the entree menu - they are just tiny snacks. The food here is on par with other Chick Fil A locations, just what you would expect. I am a huge fan of their strawberry shakes too. But whereas other Chick Fil A locations seem to move their crowds though quickly and easily, this location is definitely not following suite. The wait inside is long, but if you are going through the drive though it is indefinitely. I mean, are they chasing down the chickens one at a time for each order that comes though or what? I have had sit in my car for more 15 minutes on more than one occasion before somebody ran my food out to me after I had to pull around to the side of the building to wait. Oh my amazing chick-fil-a! This restaurant never disappoints. I've never had a bad meal here. The customer service is top notch as well. The part I really love about our Casa Grande location is they really care about our community. They are always donating to events and causes. They even host fun things for our kids to do, which is so appreciated in this small town. On to the food. They are known for their chicken sandwiches and waffle fries, those are always a go to. The spicy chicken sandwich is just as good as the regular version. I also love their new grilled chicken club with bacon, cheese, and honey bbq sauce. I am not a BBQ sauce fan, but it really makes the sandwich so try it. This location also is test marketing the spicy chicken strips and they are amazing. Think Popeyes spicy strips but juicier. I usually skip the regularly strips, but these are phenomenal, especially dipped in buffalo sauce. I'm not an overly spicy fan, these are just a nice spicy flavorful kick so don't be afraid if you can't handle the heat like me. The mac and cheese was also a text market item that they are keeping. I'm a fan. They have a really nice selection of salads as well. I'm not talking about a tiny skimpy salad either. This is a meal. My favorites are the market salad, because I'm a blue cheese fanatic and the spicy southwest salad with creamy salsa dressing and garlic and herb dressing. Do not miss their sweet tea and hand made lemonade, and the cookies. They warm them up before they serve them to you. For breakfast get the tots, and the bagel. So many great selections, but my top favs are those two and the chick-minis. They come on delicious honey topped yeast rolls. So good. The kids meal toy can be substituted for an ice cream cone. They also have toddler toys which is usually a small board book. My final advice is to download the chick-fil-a app. It's so easy to order from your house and click I'm here when your almost there and it's ready! It's so convenient, and icing on the cake there is frequently free stuff loaded on there. You earn points that can be redeemed for more free stuff too. read more

They were quick with our order as in my fiance was paying for the order and I was sitting down with my son as they were bringing our food out. Food was hot and fresh. I am updating my review for a few reasons. 1. They have literally forgotten my chicken with my chicken sandwich THREE times. How does this happen? 2. They are usually out of the gluten free bun. 3. This Chik-Fil-A is conveniently located at the Promenade and has a large seating area. The food was fantastic; I've never had chicken sandwiches from a fast food joint that were as moist as Chick-Fil-A! The waffle potato fries were a plus-I could tell they were fresh and not frozen. The only thing that went wrong is that they mixed up our chicken patties. I ordered the spicy and my boyfriend ordered the regular. They got the cheese and veggies right from what we ordered except the chicken was swapped. Despite the food mixup, they still get 5 stars from me because the customer service wasn't just great...it was outstanding. There were ample employees at the registers, unlike some fast food joints that only have a couple cashiers so the lines build up. The employees were really friendly and approachable. They served the customers that dined in by bringing food to the tables instead of making them walk back up to the counter. An employee even came around to all of the tables to ask how everyone was doing and checked to see if we were enjoying our meals and even offered to refill our drinks. I somehow forgot that I was dining in at a fast food joint for a minute! In addition to the excellent customer service, they offer free drink refills and have a pretty good variety of dessert including hand spun milkshakes. I also thought the condiment bar had a good variety of hot sauce, ketchup, utensils, etc. it's a shame I'm not in this area that often because I would like to dine in more often.
