I can't believe I have never written a review about this location. EVERY time I am in Arizona (land in Phoenix and drive to Tucson) I stop at this Eegees. I get pretty much the same thing each time. I will say, I am not a fan of their sandwiches in general so I never eat those. I do however, love love the ranch fries. They are my go to with the crinkle fries cooked perfectly covered in their homemade ranch dressing and sprinkled with yummy bacon bits. Ugh I am drooling right now thinking about them. I cannot find anything like them in Colorado. Then I obviously get an Eegee. The flavor depends on if there is a good flavor of the month but my go to is half pina and strawberry. I love Eegees so much that I actually have an Eegee tattoo on my arm. I grew up in South Tucson on these delicious drinks and I absolutely love them. The locations in Phoenix are not the best, but this one in casa Grande is awesome! I love going there. read more

This review is based on just the eegee's not any good. My husband was craving a strawberry eegee after our lunch elsewhere and so we decided to stop and get a few to go. We went inside to an empty lobby. Service was good and the employee helped us right away. We ordered four medium eegees. Two strawberry, mango and pina colada. I realized instantly I should've ordered a small. I didn't make it even halfway through my strawberry because it was so much sweet and just so much ha ha. Yep I wasted it. Total fail, but that much icee or whatever you'd call it was just too much cold stuff for me. My kids and husband loved theirs and finished them all. I had a former coworker that was from Tucson. She would always talk about "Eegee's" (Tucson thing, I guess) and how she loved it. Well....me and my buddies were on a food trip down to Tucson, and we came across this one in Casa Grande. (I have heard that this one is the ONLY one outside of Tucson.) We decided to make a pit stop and try one of their slushies. We walked inside and got in line. Browsed the menu for a quick second and then placed our order. I went with a medium "Eegee", half strawberry, half lemon. My total was just over $3.00. Not bad. The lady got my cup and started scooping the ice into it. She handed me my cup and we went to go sit down for a few. Here is what I thought............ Medium Eegee, Strawberry and Lemon 1/2 and 1/2= I took a sip of it from the straw and thought it was just ok. A little too thick to drink with a straw. The best plan of attack would be to get a spoon, take off the lid, and start digging into it. The flavors were tasty enough, and they DO use real fruit, which is nice. We sat for a few and took ours to go. Tried to drink it in the car, but this stuff was just way too thick to come up in the straw...even after letting it melt for a little. Wound up drinking about 1/2 of it and tossed it on our next stop. 3 stars. Wasn't bad, but you definitely need to enjoy it there in the store with a spoon, like an Italian Ice. Am I driving down to Casa Grande specifically for one? Nope. Will I order another one if someone wanted to stop in Casa Grande? Yeah, probably. I literally drove 40 min today to come to this Casa Grande location from chandler because I was so in the mood for an eegees that my mom and I came here just to get one and turn back. The drive through line was pretty long because everyone else apparently had the same idea to go to Eegees today but moved quickly. We love and miss Eegees... have been to this location When coming into Tucson later. The 1st couple of experiences was 2019 and 2020. And we received excellent service. We came here on a Saturday evening with one car in front of us through drive thru and 2 kids were working, and our order ended up being somewhat incorrect even though it was repeated and and no ranch with my fries or a or a fork. While stuff was friendly it just wasn't up to the customer service that I have come to admire with Eegee's. Even though my drink orders were incorrect the flavors was still good. Since moving to California we were informed that these businesses have since been sold. I am hoping that the quality of service remains and they are able to stay in business. The inside dining room area closes earlier than drive-through, and my other experiences have been in in the dining area this was my 1st drive-through experience at this specific location..As we were leaving the drive-through area Was getting packed. While their fries are not the best on their own as they are the crinkle cut and that is not one of my favorites, the Buffalo ranch fries or ranch fries are definitely bomb.And you have to get either either a monthly special Eegees or one of their other normal day to day flavors to truly enjoy the fresh fruit drink. Never been to an egees before and I was craving a hotdog from one of those stands usually outside a lowes, but this lowes didn't have one! So I went to egees which surprising Nathan's hotdogs were on their menu! The staff were friendly and greeted me right away when I walked in. While looking at the menu, the pastrami sandwich caught my eye so I thought I would try it out. I ordered a side salad too with Italian dressing. I love that this is a healthy option that's available. The salad was good. The sandwich wasn't memorable. I could imagine getting it again only because I forgot I already had it! Lol. One more thing. I think the rag they use to clean the tables smell kind of funky. But I am not positive of that statement. I was also sitting across the trash. An eegee's outside of Tucson?!?! This is a rare treat!! Very rare, as this is the ONLY eegee's located outside of Tucson. I no longer bother with the food at eegee's for the most part, but I rarely miss a chance to get an eegee when I am back in Tucson to visit friends and family. An eegee is a frozen fruit drink... sort of like an Italian ice slushie... The main flavors are strawberry, lemon and pina colada... and each month there is a different special flavor. On my most recent visit to Southern Arizona, I almost skipped eegee's... I was already on the freeway headed home on Sunday July 1st, when I got a text telling me that the flavor of the month for July was watermelon.. my FAVE! The Casa Grande eegee's is spacious and clean with ample parking. The employees were friendly... They had me on my way with a large, yummy watermelon eegee in a matter of minutes. Are we just oblivious to everything going on and all the current policies in place? Also disappointing, but didn't matter because we had to throw our drinks away anyways (no one wants your germs), they got our order of two drinks wrong and one cup was leaking from the bottom. I decided to go there for the first time today I arrived and placed my order at 13:27 at 13:47 I get up to ask about my order and the female employee that spoke to me at this time was very rude like it was normal for a fast food joint to take 20 minutes on a 12 inch sandwich and medium fries I told her that with how long it was taking I needed it to go as I was going to be late to work approximately 1 minute later a younger employee handed me a bag that I thought was all my food get to the car and find out it was missing the fries at 14:40 I received a call from the store manager Ellis he said he has a lot of trainees and he would like to make it right but I don't think I will go back read more
