It seems no matter what I get it is always hot and seems fresh. My go to is the Bacon Deluxe Value Basket with a Root Beer and sometimes a small strawberry sundae. Ok now someone, anyone needs to tell me where they get their root beer. That stuff is amazing. I have tried other items and another one I go for is the Pork Loin Value Basket. I love that thing. Service is always great, fast, friendly and has never gotten a wrong order. Inside and out, they keep the place exceptionally clean. Plenty of parking and easy to access. read more

I've known of the Culver's restaurants for a long time but this was my first visit. It's a midwest fast food operation but I wasn't surprised that there are a few in the Phoenix area. I looked up the menu in advance so I knew what I wanted when I pulled into the drive thru. The employee on the other end of the speaker box was talking so fast I couldn't understand what she was saying. I had to ask her to repeat her questions several times but that didn't help. I ordered the Roasted Garlic and Bacon Pub burger with the cheese curds and a root beer. I got the combo meal but the employee didn't confirm what size I wanted. I asked for large and ended up getting a medium. I also had to specify that I wanted the two patty burger and the plain cheese curds, not the jalapeño curds, because the employee didn't ask which variety of burger and curds I wanted. I'm guessing the employees won't offer to describe the options unless you ask for them. I was asked to pull into the parking lot to wait for my food and the employee stuck a sticky note to my mirror with a number on it. I thought this was interesting because it told the employees which order went to a certain vehicle. So far this is the only place I've been to that does this. I'm surprised more places don't do this because it's very efficient. I only had to wait a couple of minutes for my food to arrive. The burger looked like it was hastily slapped together but it was really good. The cheese curds were ok. Half the curds were dinky little specks and the other half were huge oblong pieces. They all tasted the same but I'm assuming both cheddar and mozzarella cheese were used because some of the cheese was orange and some was white. I didn't get any dipping sauce because I think the employee thought I didn't want any. She asked if I wanted any ketchup and salt to which I said no to the ketchup but thinking back on it she might have said "sauce" instead of "salt." But I don't know for sure because she was talking too fast. I would have picked honey mustard otherwise. The total was just over $18. It's a little bit pricey but the food was good. I'm a west coast guy so In-N-Out has always been my go-to for burgers but Culver's gives them a run for their money. Although the next time I'm in Casa Grande I'll probably go across the street to In-N-Out where I know I'll get what I ordered. It seems like the people working at Culver's want to rush you through as fast as possible. read more

Usually I love Culver's but my sundae was not the best. I got the create your own sundae with 1 scoop of vanilla custard. I got chocolate chip cookie dough and Eli's butter cake on it, but there were not a lot of toppings. The Eli's butter cake also tasted freezer burnt and the chocolate chip cookie dough tastes stale. Oh boy! Our very first time at Culver's. We had a trip to Tucson today so we decided to wait and stop on our way back. We looked at the menu on our way in and thought it looked really good. We came in it was very clean. The people were very friendly plenty of help. Everything looked good. We ordered. We sat down at a table. We got our drinks and then we waited. We waited. We waited a long time. That's usually a sign that they're making your food fresh and it's going to be hot. They brought our food. I had a fish sandwich cod My Husband had a butter burger. They were both the basket deals. I can't say it was very good at all. It was lukewarm at best. All the waiting and it wasn't even hot. Sorry, Culver's we will never be back. Also, I asked for the tartar sauce on the side on my fish sandwich and they gave me a container of tartar sauce and charged me for it. I do want to add that the root beer was fantastic. Poor customer service. While one Culver's employee was checking on a coupon, the drive thru employee proceeded to charge our card prior to gaining confirmation on the coupon. Then when ordering an 8 piece tender basket and having a long wait time with no other cars in the drive thru and an empty parking lot, the Culver's employee proceeded to tell us that for an 8 piece, only two sauces were permitted for 8 tenders and that we would have to pay an extra $.35 per sauce and wait even longer! With the small size of the sauces and 8 tenders, this is not realistic to have enough sauce for all tenders. This is ridiculous. With Cane's and Chick-fil-A located in the same plaza and poor customer service at Culver's, Culver's will not stay in business for long. read more

Went to Culver's in casa grande Az, food in past has been very enjoyable. We sat and waited for our meal. We ordered burgers and rye burgers were lukewarm and on my husband sandwich, it had a drop of ketchup, drop of mustard and was suppose to have lettuce and tomato and it didn't. Stopping at this Culver's was quite the experience. We have been to multiple Culver's locations all over the state of AZ, and this one was definitely memorable. The parking lot was extremely tiny and a bunch of the parking stalls were Tesla charging stations, so regular cars couldn't use them. After driving around in circles, we took one of only a few spots available. Walked into the Culver's. When placing our order, the young girl taking the order was speaking so fast, you couldn't understand half of what she was saying. She then gave us the incorrect amount of change back. Found seats and waited. The restaurant itself was so loud, and it was not from the customers. It was the team of Culver's employees! Talking extremely loud, yelling back and forth, laughing, etc. The volume on the drive thru speaker system was so loud, the entire restaurant could hear every person in the drive thru ordering! I have never experienced that in any fast food restaurant! Additionally, there were so many things beeping in the kitchen area, it sounded like you were in a hospital! Between all the commotion, the yelling, the loud talking, loud drive thru speaker system, and all the beeping, it sounded like you were inside of an emergency department! It was absolutely ridiculous! Received our food and one of the orders was incorrect - missing half the condiments that were ordered. I took the food back up to the counter and asked for it to be corrected. Their solution was to provide us with a side of the correct condiments to place onto the burger. So we then had to reconstruct the burger ourselves. It was around this time that a Culver's employee came around to a nearby trash can and began emptying the trash near customers eating. She then took a big broom and was banging it inside of the trash can making quite the ruckus while we were beginning to eat our meals. It was extremely loud and there was no reason she couldn't have moved the trash can to another location to clean it out. While we were eating inside this chaotic Culver's, we saw a food fight break out by the employees working in the kitchen and behind the counter where you order! Yes, an actual food fight like in a kid's movie! They were throwing what looked to be fries or some sort of side between the kitchen and front counter. It was unbelievable! Again, something I have never witnessed at a fast food place, ever! Safe to say that none of us will ever be returning to this Culver's location! read more

This is one of the worst experiences I've had at Culver's. I ordered two bacon double deluxe combos one without bacon and the other was supposed to be onion rings instead of fries. When order came it had fries in which I informed the team member ( Jasmine that it should've been onion rings and gave the receipt . She informed Meghan the supposed manager who behaved rudely by coming to my car asking for the fries, which we never asked for! I gave them to her and she stated it will be 1.30 cents up charge for the difference. The 1.30 is not the issue but the way she went about it was unprofessional, unkind. When you make a mistake you apologize not patronize or be condescending to a customer. I got out of my car to go inside to pay for onion rings and she had nerve to hand me onion rings that had been sitting there 10 min I gave them back and asked for fresh ones. after her stating to me that they were made when I ordered the combo's! I insisted on fresh ones waited again while my daughter ate her whole burger without her side of rings. A real manager would have apologized on behalf of her team and not throw them under the bus . Also a real manager would have brought the onion rings to the car when they heard about the incident, not asked for fries that wasn't ordered! I came through the drive thru not to get out my car. If she was supervising properly the oversight would not have happened in first place! The continuous have a nice day being a ugly person. Not cool at all , she should be embarrassed for her behavior in front of her adolescent employees as an elder. Culver's isn't the most fast-paced restaurant when it comes to ordering or food serving. The food comes out nice and hot, but their fries aren't salty enough often. I appreciate that they include free ice cream for every kids meal though. The only other thing I have a problem with is the cleanliness. We regularly stop here when we visit Phoenix and we always get amazing service! Tonight my husband and I shared the fish dinner and the server proactively offered an extra plate. This was after she eagerly took our order. Our meal was served timely and was delicious. In the past we have been pleased with their salads and burgers. When we left I needed a special cover for my water glass and a young man quickly ran behind the counter to get me a cover. When he handed it to me he asked if I planned to use a straw and I said yes.
