The wife and I were super hungry after shopping at the Farmers Market. We debated In & Out or Whataburger? I wanted Whataburger because their patties are bigger. I wish I had went to In & Out. I ordered a Double Meat burger and Chris ordered a Jr Burger meal. I went to the bathroom to wash my hands and as soon as I returned to my table, they delivered my food. Ok, there's no way my food was prepared fresh with our food delivered so quickly. My burger was only warm with barely melted cheese. The meat looked old and the patties were dry. It looked like an old piece of cheese was on the bottom patty. I'm guessing there was cheese on a patty in the warmer and they added fresh cheese in between that and the extra patty for my double. When did they start placing cooked patties in a warmer? I thought their burgers were made fresh to order! This was the worst tasting and looking burger I had at any Whataburgers'! My wife's burger was no better. I spoke with the manager and I guess once the patties are cooked, they cannot be stored in the warmer longer than five minutes. Well, my patties were definitely in the warmer longer than five minutes. Take a look at the pics. They don't get hard dark old looking edges in five minutes! They really deserved two stars, but I was lenient. This place is a hit and miss. I never had a problem at the Chandler location. Their burgers are outstanding and always served freshly cooked; at least in my experience! My wife asked if I would ever return here again! I don't know! We'll see! read more

This is one of the few places that haven't changed during all these years. The food is always on point. Big burgers, the service is nice and its always clean. Our daughter used to love McDonald's because of the happy meal but now that she is older she says we are Whataburger family. This was my first trip to this location, and it's been a minute since I had a Whataburger. The restaurant is new, and I appreciated the dedication of the staff to cleaning. I ordered two doubles to go and decided to throw in a chicken sandwich because the ads looked so good and assumed the Hubbs would enjoy it. They were fairly busy, and it ended up taking me a full 25 minutes from the time I parked until I got my order. Definitely not my definition of fast food. However, the staff were attentive and moving quickly. The burgers were everything I remembered and loved - I appreciated that they let me customize the order. However, the chicken sandwich was disappointing - it was not crispy at all, and the meat tasted processed. So, I will stick to the burgers in the future and check the parking lot situation before I opt to drive in again. read more

Came today for breakfast on the weekend and was pleased to admit everything was phenomenal. The food was fresh and warm. The service was amazing and quick. The workers were very jovial, smiling and welcoming. The team was communicative. The manager was cleaning. The music was very comforting from the front to the back Floors to the counters. I was heading home from Spring Break with the family and we decided to try something the kids had never had! Boom.... Whataburger. More like "Whatabummer!" We waited nearly half an hour for our food and when my wife and I bit into our burgers a few miles down the road (after getting the kiddos situated with their meals), they weren't even lukewarm. They were cold. The fries were as well! I called and talked with the manager, Virginia, and politely mentioned that we had just been there and gave her our order number. I mentioned the wait time and that our food was cold and unfortunately we were miles down the road headed home without the ability to turn back. She said that without a receipt, there was nothing she could do. (I threw mine away in the store). She then went on to say that anybody could just call in and make a story up for free food. Although it was busy here, they did a good job of cleaning the tables as people left. Their breakfast taquitos were good but their breakfast bowl was absolutely disgusting and I couldn't eat it. Overpriced, paper thin and overcooked chicken sandwiches, room temperature fries, watered down beverages (even when you ask for no ice), usually forget or screw up 1 item in your order ( this is nothing new, this happens at every single fast food chain), less than enthusiastic staff (just there for a paycheck, screw the customers and thier orders) overflowing dumpsters, litter in the common areas (bushes & parking lot). Quality control is non existent and has been for years now, everywhere! You would think with the country falling apart people would take pride in their work and try to keep what remaining customers they have left, but I guess that's too much to ask for now. read more

The first time my daughter ate Whataburger as well and she loved it. The whole family enjoyed it and I hope to visit again. The food we received today, April 3, 2025, was disappointing. The tomatoes on our burgers were old and unappetizing, and my jalapeños, which I had ordered and paid for, were missing. They love to ignore you and talk amongst the regulars while you stand in line to place an order. only when you start to walk out do they acknowledge you. Plenty of other options in the area or just use the drive through. it will be quicker and you won't be ignored. read more

I'll start by saying I really like Whataburger, but they couldn't get things right. Completely left out one of our sandwiches and onion rings. One order had double meat instead of single as ordered. Went inside to get the grilled chicken sandwich and onion ring, got back to the vehicle and found that my grilled chicken was breaded. For the most part, this location has not been a huge problem. The prices are fair. On the rare occasion, we have problems with not receiving parts of our order and it can be a hassle to have to go back or speak to customer service, so I recommend checking your bag before you leave, also check the temperature of your food. Staff are nice have never had bad customer experience otherwise. read more

They mixed up our order , we did not notice the problem until we got home 9 miles away: The CV food was very soggy and taste was bad. I CC called the number on the receipt next day spoke to Jenny tha manager about a refund since CC we live 9 miles away, she confirmed the mixup of our order with the night shift but refused to offer a refund , but she said bring the receipt back a no d she would give new food to replace the wrong order CC we received: We have been Whataburger customers since they opened many years ago, we will go to Burger King in the future.
