I have always loved hamburgers here. The fresh veggies are the stars. I have noticed that the hamburger itself has succumbed to shrinkflation in a BIG way. While it is still tasty you can darn near see through the patty. The Fries I am happy to say are still the same, generous portion and taste great. Service. What can you say, it is always friendly, fast and I have yet to have a wrong order. They get it right the first time every time. Parking can be a pain; the drive through runs between most of the parking and the front door. Kind of a pain, you need to watch where you step. Customer service is always fantastic. All you folks but they don't miss with a warm greeting and a quick order fulfillment. The drive through line can get pretty long and the parking lot can get overcrowded at rush times. But with a little bit of patience your on your way with tasty treats and at a price that's hard to beat. Animal style for the win. read more

Being from Cali., I love In-n-Out! Their number two is my go to with grilled onions, Neapolitan shake and two side sides are spread. My 3 dogs are usually with me when I order so I order them puppy patties (hamburger no salt or pepper) $2. My burger has alway been fresh, cheese is melted, and fresh hot fries. Service is always quick since there is always a long time inside and drive-thur. Ambiance is hit or miss as sometimes it's extra packed and loud. It can also be quiet. This In-N-Out in Casa Grande is great. It's a perfect pit stop when traveling between Tucson and Phoenix. Especially if you have never been to an In-N-Out. I got the Double cheese burger with animal style fries. Both were amazing. And both made hot and fresh. The restaurant was very busy, but the staff were great and friendly and got my order out fast. Inside it was a typical in-n-out burger. Overall this is a great location. Definitely make a pit stop here if you are traveling between Phoenix and Tucson. read more

No matter which location, I will always try to get a fix of that delicious single with whole grilled onions, extra toasty bun, and animal style fries with a strawberry milkshake! If I'm feeling frisky, I'll get a Neapolitan milkshake and side of chillis! Either way, this is my go to order and it is just SO SO good! I don't care what any Whataburger fan says lol. The pace is always fast yet super chill. There is almost never a time when you can't get a table since they always make sure there are plenty of outdoor seating. This is my go-to stop from PHX to TUC after a long international flight. Most In-N-Outs are within 1 standard deviation of one another on quality....but this location is always 'popping' with smiles and energy. Ate in on 10/7/2022 at 4:19 PM. Not the lunch rush / not the dinner rush - but still a RUSH. Manager kept things moving fast, hand's on and lots of coaching and training. Freddy took our order, great smile and super friendly. Mia, another great smile, and everything felt so alive. Uniforms spotless, restaurant clean and burgers being distributed at a feverish pace. I love this restaurant. I love the customer service, the prices, and the food. I ordered a double double with no cheese (protein style with no bun). My husband ordered a double double with a side of fries. The price was great for all of these things, especially knowing that this is 100% grass fed beef. I am a huge fan of In-N-Out, but this location has to be one of the best ones. The lines at the drive-thru may look long, but the service is fast and they have yet to mess up my order. I hate lines and I hate traffic, and that's what I normally see when I go to In-N-Out. This location is fast, efficient, and not chaotic at all. The food is well cooked and the fries aren't burnt like other locations I've been to. I really like how the cheese melts on the wrapper. The employees are always friendly, smiling and welcoming. The only fast food burger I'll eat - always get grilled onions. The trick is to go inside and not wait in the drive through. Depending on the time of day you could wait anywhere from 5-15 minutes. If you have someone coming in from out of town - they have to at least eat this once! It's a California staple and really is a great quick bite. read more

Worst service I've had at an in and out. It's bright inside like all in and outs. This one a little dirty on the inside. I went to order. The cashier had a attitude asking me 3 times Flying Dutchman like he didn't know what it was. I ordered my animal fries and a puppy patty he asked a couple times about that to I told him it's a patty no salt no pepper. I asked him if I could have it in a box to go so I can eat it outside because I had my dog with me. He said he didn't know how to do that so another worker had to come and help him. I just got to Arizona not too long ago and this is the nearest one to me. After being annoyed with the service. I sat and waited by the bench right in front of where they call the numbers. I waited about 25 minutes and went to talk to one of the workers to ask what the issue was because I still have not received my food and they didn't call my number. She went to check and couldn't figure it out so she got a manager for me. The manager also went to check and then told me he wasn't sure if there was a mixup in the order and that he was sorry but that he made sure to throw the food on the grill so it should be ready in just a couple of minutes. I waited 10 minutes. Still no food. I went to the cashier and said I just wanted a refund. I didn't even want the food anymore. The manager came up to me and said I can have the refund, but the food would be ready in 2 to 3 minutes. I told him that is what I was told last time. And at this point, I've been waiting well over 30 minutes. I lost my full appetite for In-N-Out. And I really just didn't wanna eat their food anymore. The cashier processed my refund. About a minute after they gave me my food. I ate a couple bites of my animal fry and Flying Dutchman. I let my dog eat the full puppy patty. And I threw the rest of the food out. The kids who work in the restaurant are way too immature and I was told by an employee to not eat there because they mess with your food because you are law enforcement. She said they mess with all law enforcement officers food. Since then I haven't been back and I encourage other officers not to eat at this location. read more

Atmosphere - Classic red and white palm tree decor, and always spotless.  I know COVID is ending and in house dining is starting up.  But this was one the emptiest In-N-Outs I have ever been.  I took a picture as if the store just opened, but it is 1 PM. Food - Always french fries, I can never get enough of these tasty fresh cut spuds.  Trying to cut dairy from my life I went with hamburger instead of the cheeseburger.  I always order my cheeseburger animal style, secret menu item, so I had my burger that way.  Okay I admit missing the cheese lessened the experience for me and I regret it too.  My lesson has been learned. Service - Plexiglass still up between you and cashiers.  No biggie, it is what the world is today.  Always amazes me how many employees they have and how happy they are.  Food is freshly cooked to order, and it was executed perfectly. We don't have these little gems in Seattle but I've heard for YEARS about how amazing their food (burgers) are! I was excited to finally get the chance to try one myself AND I'd have to say it was a VERY tasty burger for a very reasonable price. The service here was really great (asked for grilled onions after the fact) and they delivered with a smile! The strawberry milkshake wasn't anything to write home about though, despite their advertisement about using "real ice cream".
